  1. Ritchie had two glorious chances to finish us.
  2. The refereeing was shocking tonight but ultimately it wasn't his fault we're absolutely pish.
  3. We've talked a lot on here about needing another midfielder. It hasn't happened and tonight we had to watch another absolute travesty with Gary cani pass Miller and Aidan gone missing Nesbitt.
  4. Anything to keep the 5-3-2. Was waiting on him putting Gary Miller back there and bringing on Luke Holt in midfield.
  5. Should have clarified just like in the Alloa game.
  6. Yet again started well and could have been 2-0 up with the chances we squandered then lose an absolute diabolical goal from nothing and the heads go down. The 5 at the back is fine against teams like Peterhead as we dominate the ball and therefore our wingbacks can play as high as they like but some of the selections tonight are a bit bizarre. Miller breaks the play up but he can't play a 5 yard pass, Jacobs should be in there given we were always going to dominate the ball tonight. Nesbitt's not had a great game either, I'd much rather see Telfer in the 10. Mills getting the booking was silly but nothing seems to faze him which I like. They are here for the taking at the back so we better go take 2/3 off them in the second half.
  7. Unpopular opinion but I thought Mcguffie was actually one of our better players when he came on today. Actually looked to play football as opposed to hoofball. For me use the Mckay red card to change it up next week and go with the below. Would obviously be easier if Morrison wasn't out injured. Get Telfer further up the park and allow Jacobs to sit and anchor the midfield. Mutch Williamson Watson Dixon Mccann Jacobs Mcguffie Telfer Kabia Dowds Griffiths
  8. And he never will be starting dross like Hetherington & Mckay. Also all his own doing sticking to the 5 at the back every minute of every game.
  9. Mckay was given a straight red for violent conduct if the Cove commentators are to believed. Which is a godsend as it should see him suspended for 3 matches.
  10. This even when we're 2-0 down he refuses to change it. Try something different, take one of your five defenders off and get the team further up the park.
  11. We need to wrap the 5 at the back against the teams above us in this league we just get absolutely overun and our wing back never get a chance to push up the park. Today needs to be the end of Mckay & Hetherington they are both absolutely woeful. Griffiths starting ahead of Kabia today didn't work at all and we need to start all three of them or leave Griffiths on the bench until he's earned his place in the team. Cove dominated from start to finish.
  12. I reckon he's giving Griffiths 60 mins then we'll see Kabia. Obviously expected to try get as much as he can out of Griffiths today then bring on Kabia fresh to run at them.
  13. New manager, same Falkirk. Midfield getting dominated, a Mckay shocker for the goal and Hetherington trying his best to lose the ball at every opportunity. I'd like to caveat that there's not any replays on Cove TV and I'm a Mckay hater so heavily biased but i'm 90% sure it was Mckay, Megginson ran off for the goal.
  14. Better see some hunger from Griffiths given Kabia's been dropped for him. Thank the lord Mcguffie's not returned to left back.
  15. I believe he was one of the dreaded 14 that we missed out on.
  16. 2-2 for me, we're capable of scoring goals now but equally capable of conceding a fair few with our defensive mishaps. I too think Cove's midfield will be too strong for us.
  17. Reckon anyone will be on the posts at corners in the Cove game?
  18. Next you'll be telling us Mcguffie was in goals...
  19. You can pretty much guarantee it was a 5-3-2. There was an extremely blurry picture on the facebook page but you can't really make anybody out from it and a few people have been saying it finished 2-1 to St Johnstone.
  20. At the same time it would be madness to have a player of Griffiths quality sitting on the bench. Griffiths like anyone else should have to earn his place in the team but if Dowds & Kabia continue to do well I wouldn't be opposed to seeing Kabia drop into the 10 or out wide left in order to fit Griffiths & possibly Morrison into the team.
  21. Hopefully Griffiths and a few others get some much needed minutes under their belts today. I'd like to see Mills given another chance as I didn't think he was bad in the Montrose game but Cove's obviously not the game to experiment. The final piece of the puzzle, for this season at least, is an energetic midfielder so hopefully we'll see one in before Cove.
  22. Meekison, Pollock & Mochrie all unused subs for their respective teams last night. RenKen make it happen! On Kabia lets just enjoy him whilst he's here and what will be, will be in the summer.
