  1. Aidan Keena mutually terminates his contract to return to Ireland. Sligo bound.
  2. Maybe don't want clubs knowing we're flush with the navy blue poundI'd imagine they've at least paid him out his contract.
  3. Must have been nice playing upfront with Darryl Duffy buzzing around beside you.
  4. Where's that extra body you promised us last Friday?
  5. Got until the end of February to sign players on loan so it may be a bit longer than next Monday.
  6. Given Keena & Morrison are best buddies, could make the Morrison to Hamilton rumour more likely.
  7. Their season doesn't start until the 18th of February so it could be we have him for a few more weeks until we find a replacement.
  8. Given they've just recieved 150k from Celtic I'd imagine there will have been a bit of a fee. He was out of contract in the summer so not much but hopefully enough for us to get someone else in. Keena very rarely looked interested in a navy blue shirt so I'm not too fussed about him leaving to be honest. There's definitely a goalscorer in there he just doesn't work hard enough for the team.
  9. You'd like to hope we are, at 31 he's still got a fair few years in him. Was never outstanding but he's definitely a fair few levels above what we currently have.
  10. Surely can't just be me that thinks we need new defenders? Starting to wonder why Rennie hasn't sorted that issue yet.
  11. To be fair one of those injuries he can't really be blamed for considering he was attacked on a night out in Dundee which resulted in him needing surgery on his shoulder. Out of contract in the summer also, bring the man home.
  12. Jakubiak clearly isn't fancied at Dundee, bring him home. Didn't even make it off the bench yesterday.
  13. He absolutely can't play as a wing back but it'll be interesting to see how he fairs in behind the strikers. Yesterday might be the last straw for Craig at St Johnstone given he only came on in extra time and they were put out the cup by a league 2 team. Looks to have got a bit spicy in the away end after the match between the players and St Johnstone fans. Pray to god we see a new centre back and centre mid this week as we'll need them for Montrose.
  14. It makes absolutely no sense for the manager to pubicly start shredding the team performance after they've just won. He said at the end they'll analise the game on another day and see how it went. I'm just astounded we managed a clean sheet with Hall & Mckay at the back. Martin pulling off a few decent saves too.
  15. Selling Morrison would probably make sense if we're going to persist with the 3-5-2 as he's definitely not suited to playing upfront. Would have to be at least 100k though. No doubt it will just be covid though. Bang on with the Zak Rudden comparison, doesn't come across as the most intelligent pea in the pod. Hopefully see another few bits of quality in the door this week. One centre back, two centre midfielders and another striker for competition(especially if Morrison's away)
  16. As some have said Hetherington would be fine if he could just do the basics and be the foil to allow Telfer to go play. But he's immobile, too slow on the ball and misplaces simply 5 yard passes ie the Queens Park howler. Obviously Rennie's said everyone gets a clean slate but we can't afford to rely on him as a starter in the middle of the park.
  17. A hardworking nuisance who has the glorious habit of being in the right place to tuck chances away.
  18. I doubt Kabia's came here to sit on the bench so he'll either be starting up top with Dowds or playing in behind the front two. If it's the latter then we could see another striker.
  19. We've signed Jaze Kabia on loan from Livingston for the rest of the season. https://www.falkirkfc.co.uk/2022/01/21/jaze-kabia-joins-on-loan/
  20. Yeah we've apparently signed him on loan for the rest of the season. He'll mainly play as a striker for us as we've changed to a 3-5-2 with wing backs under Rennie so hopefully he's going to flourish playing up top instead of out wide.
  21. Obviously not an exciting signing on the face of it especially after having waited long enough. Hopefully proves himself to be a useful addition nonetheless. I'm sure he's predominantly played as a winger for Livingston which doesn't make sense given the formation we play under Rennie.
  22. We've obviously lost out on targets he alluded to us being 'far down the line with' which isn't exactly hard to imagine given our current state.
