Anyone know if credit card repayments are still used to pay off your most recent transactions first? I remember there being some talk about preventing the lenders from doing this, as it's obviously a sneaky wee trick to make them more interest than you'd logically expect, but I've no idea if it came to anything. Tried googling, but I'm obviously not using the right search terms

Just noticed that someone's making a game based on Kevin Smith's View Askewniverse, with the involvement of Jay & Bob themselves, and maybe some other guests. Looks like a scrolling fighter with some other interesting elements, listening to them talk about it on Smith's podcast. They're looking for $400,000 of crowd funding through Fig, and they got 25% of the way there within three days, so it looks likely that they'll hit it. Game's yours for $18, but there's the usual incentivised tier structure where you can pay more for extras, up to paying $10,000 for a walk-on part in Smith's next film. PC and Mac only for now, folks, and it's due to be released at the start of 2018. Just as well; trudging back to the nearest settlement every time would be bad enough. Still find it annoying that construction materials are shared between settlements, but not weapons, armour and suchlike. It wouldn't be any more or less realistic, but it would be much less of a pain in the arse.

Passing through already-visited areas while laden wouldn't make the game any more difficult, it would just be time-consuming and would seem like busy work. The last thing any game needs is to feel like work.
