VAR would’ve had him sent off and Celtic given a penalty, which if scored would’ve sent us 2-0 down and basically put the tie to bed. This is what annoys me, the Rowles one at Tynecastle against St M is probably more of a penalty than that Ambrose one. I’ve always been on the heavier side growing up, not documentary fat but mainly a bit chubby. Got down to 11.5 stone at 21 and 2 years later after getting an office job and a girlfriend I was a massive 17st. Was getting Heartburn and bad acid reflux after every meal so made a change and got back down to 13st. Currently sitting at around 14.5 stone at 5 foot 9 but I am pretty fit. Can run 10k with no bother, can do a full day of hillwalking etc which my mates who are 2/3 stone less and similar heights couldn’t manage. Would like to get back into the 12-13 stone range, mainly to improve my 5k time

Went to my old local a few years back and sat next to the window where they had fairy lights hung up across the window but they had them set to flash. We turned them off and the barmaid came running across and said we couldn’t do that as it would spoil the atmosphere. Wouldn’t even compromise to change it to set them to just be on, they had to be flashing away for the “atmoshphere”

A mate and I are planning on doing this the first week of May over 5 days. My mate got halfway through a few years back before the group he done it with bombed home as they were tired. We’re planning on camping but might try and sneak a night in a bothy. Any tips or advice much appreciated

I could see Lewis Nicolson coming straight in at left back and Delaney shifting across and playing Centre back with Devine tbh. From what I’ve seen Max Ram just doesn’t look upto the standard unfortunately
