    Don't kid yourself. Acting is a very stressful profession. Very few get a steady income from it and even some well known faces have also got a day job.

    They should do a Caribbean special where people who avoid paying their taxes have their yachts confiscated, and their private planes and so on. Happy to watch that.

    I recall the story of someone I know who was once walking in Toronto and encountered Pierre Trudeau, who at the time was Prime Minister of Canada. Nobody seemed to be paying him too much attention. On the other side of the street, a large crowd had gathered. Comedian Frankie Howerd had been spotted and everybody was trying to get his autograph. I am sure there is a moral to this story but I am not sure what it is.

    While I enjoy watching films like Goodfellas and The Godfather, I have to say the criminal underworld definitely looks pretty scary. Not for me.

    Don't get many tourists from Czechia nowadays. For some reason, they feel unwelcome.

    I wonder if anyone remembers where they were with the previous 9/11 attack, also a Tuesday, when planes attacked the presidential palace, the president died and the perpetrators were quickly recognised as the new government of Chile.

    Don't be silly. Everybody is talking about where they were when it happened. Nobody is talking about who was really behind it and I don't mean the people who were accused of being behind it or even the people who claimed they were behind it. This thread is a total smokescreen for yet another worldwide conspiracy.

    I have one friend who only gets £10 from the ATM at a time. If it is only issuing £20 notes he has to go somewhere else.

    I was visiting a client that day. People kept leaving their desk to watch the TV. One of the managers decided it was too much of a distraction so he told everyone to stop work for the day and just go home.

    I recall one early news report that was being a bit cautious. "A plane has hit a building in New York. At least 6 people have died". Later they confirmed that it was more than 6.

    Probably find it is some sort of legal thing. Who owns the photos. Did they get consent from the people in the photos.
