Haha, yeah same here - can't be easy with a baying mob breathing down your neck but tbh in his case we are only breathing down his neck coz he doesn't inspire any kind of confidence. There were few moaners about Speroni or Rab from my memory - even Bain only got stick when he started being billy big baws

I'm still very concerned about flapjack but might help having a team capable of pressing opposition and keeping the ball up the pitch rather than sitting back or constantly losing possession and having to rely on the defence/keeper as much... I say this more in hope than actual belief tho

You can probably add Johnson to that list of outs too. He went mid season but was part of the initial budget and would have probably been on a decent wage.

He's only started in two of the preseason games I think. One he seemed pretty pish and the other he did ok as far as reports have gone. Sadly still think Hamilton sounds the better keeper...

I think so too, at least to start with anyway... Fingers crossed Ferrie takes his chance and gives us an alternative but if not I think it will be another loan signing or a scramble for someone decent in January.

Daniel Church playing in a training game at Dens today along with two of our youth players Cammy Blacklock and Ewan Murray. We're obvs interested in Church (or at least giving him a trial) but any idea on whether the two youngsters are likely to be good enough to make the step up this season?
