  1. Is this just a subtle way of you boasting about being mates with Radford? Fwiw I wouldn't mind that. We're woefully short of natural CMs once Millar goes. Muzz and Buaben, with Wotherspoon and Craig capable of stepping in, is a decent enough collection if we struggle to get an upgrade this Summer.
  2. The first hearing went on for hours as McCann and Dundee argued. No idea how long the appeal went on.
  3. There was a list posted somewhere of his signings, and of the ones that were actual long term signings, TWs hit rate is actually good. It's the late, free transfer dross signings (I'm looking at you, Denny/Fallon/Morgan) that struggle. Clark can replace Mannus, he's not as consistent, yet, but either way he's at a stage where he needs to be first choice to improve. McMillan was signed to replace MacLean I think, as MacLean has suffered badly this year. It's hard to judge TWs striker signings as he's never actually signed anyone to be first choice, it's always been a signing to play second fiddle to Maclean. Kane has had a good four games but it remains to be seen if he can maintain that. Regardless, MacLean only has five league goals, a feat we should get from McMillan and Kane, plus any other striker. Biggest issue by far is if Murray Davidson leaves, he's a bit of a one off and I've no idea how we find a direct replacement. If he leaves I suspect we'll be changing our style a bit. We could muddle by with Craig/Wotherspoon helping out in there, but the decision to let Paton go to bring in Willock will look a bit foolish if Davidson does go, despite how low I rated Paton. My biggest concern this Summer is Steve Brown. There'll be a lot of wages freed up, and if he'd just release a bit more we could afford extra quality which increases the chances of a successful signing. tl:dr TW + Money = Good, TW + no money = bad
  4. Favourite Mannus memory was when fans behind the goal decided to keep the ball, before utterly shitting themselves when he went steaming into the stand.
  5. The first hearing he spent hours arguing with them, Robert Thomson was there for the Sun and said its the longest hearing he's been at.
  6. A few of those players were decent on LMA Manager that year, tbf.
  7. Any idea what rules changes there'll be next season? If any.
  8. Worth noting Jayden Stockley has about 24 goals in 48 games at the level he's at.
  9. What car have you got? Handbrake cables on a Volvo Xc90 can take up to six hours..
  10. A few have started a rumours the deals worth £15m over five seasons. This apparently means they have £15m to spend this summer. They aren't the brightest.
  11. The news about the move to a reserve league only ever said "loan rules will be affected" without any greater detail, as far as I had read, probably missed an article somewhere. Rules seem to say only one loan player from the same division and doesn't differentiate any age from that rule so only one loanees.
  12. Totally underwhelming. Two seasons on "war" ended in five seconds as people brainwashed into being willing to give up their lives for a leader simply kneel down the moment their only gun backfires. Are we expected to believe that every single Saviour only had one weapon and the first bullet in every chamber was one personally made by Eugene? Negan gets his neck cut wide apart and spends a solid three minutes on the ground d pumping blood out, yet survives as a Doctor without any medical gear except stuff in his pockets manages to keep him alive. We're then expected to believe Jesus, whos spent two seasons preaching to everyone about not killing folk and giving them a second chance, and Daryl, who doesn't kill Dwight and gives him a second chance, are willing to kill Rick because Rick didn't kill Negan and gave him a second chance. That's before you get to the seaside women randomly appearing at the Hilltop and bombing the Saviours, despite having absolutely no idea of they were Saviours or not. Next season is clearly some shitty in fight between Maggie and Rick, purely and entirely because the actress playing Maggie needs killed off. While the huge herd will be a plot device to bring everyone back together. The writings just getting lazier as we go.
  13. I don't think we'll see as many as this season, wouldn't be shocked if we had one though. Also, there's a bizarre amount of criticism aimed at Saints for "releasing" Mannus, at the moment.
  14. Nah Wallace was class and wasn't near his peak. He could easily have matched Whittakers career. Absolutely no idea why he decided to rot at Rangers instead tbh. His career is just a massive fucking waste of talent and he'll spend the next few years dossing about Scotland before retiring and having nothing to show for it.
  15. Here's on for you. Scott Wright and Derek McInnes apparently fell out in January when Wright asked to be loaned out. And he'll be available for loan this Summer is McInnes remains. Wright turns 21 in August. Would we be able to loan Wright and MOH? I'm sure it's mention you're only allowed one loan from the same division but I can't remember if under 21s count in that, or whether Wright would be classed as an U21 since he will be when the season starts.
  16. I think Hurst struggled out on loan tbh, I'd be a bit nervous about him being second choice. Totally understand why both Mannus and MacLean are leaving, still hard to take though, they've been key players for a long time now.
  17. Yup. Hugely disrespectful. He'd have been better taking a huge dump on a Saints top tbh. I intend to verbally abuse him on Saturday.
  18. Yes. It's immensely disappointing to see him holding a scarf of a club he's just signed for, as part of an official announcement of his signing. Personally feel its destroyed his whole legacy here tbqh.
  19. Not really surprised at a Celtic fan struggling with it tbh
  20. Kenny Miller has less goals than MacLean this season.
