Yeah, sounds good.
I was all for saving every team from relegation but the more I read into Budge's self preservation, the more I think 'Nah, you need taken down a peg' (Or Division).
Plus we can't just can the HiDee alliance.
Dundee v Hearts will be top bantz next season.
No of course they wouldn't, but they would be swapped with whoever else would be at the bottom and that team would then be driving for reconstruction.
I think all clubs need to look at it like if it was them in that position.
FFS!
You are using their budget as an example.
As Scottish football proves year in year out, apart from say the top 6, budget doesn't guarantee success.
Why don't you go all the way to a crowd w**k argument?
It's you that's missing the point.
They finish 2nd bottom above clubs with higher budgets, what would now stop them finishing 3rd bottom with more teams? If they got relegated would they turn round after winning the Championship the following season and say "f**k that, it's too difficult"?
With the increased relegation spots comes more teams to fill them, it cancels itself out. Every season a club comes up with a bigger budget than Accies (apart from possibly Livi), every club wants to compete at the highest level, why not them? If I owned them I would be all for it and I think their guy on the task force is all for it too.
We will not be getting promoted and they have all been banging on in the top league (including yourself) of how shite Hearts are, now they are some sort of threat?
You would only have to add money for the 2 bottom places of League 2.
Are you multiplying your chances of relegation by 3 or adding more teams to reduce the possibly of other teams ending up in the relegation spots?
