I agree 100% that euthanasia should be legal. With the latest proposals going around though I think someone with dementia would not be allowed it (must be of sound mind, etc). I saw my old man endure 3 months of utter hell with throat cancer before dying. He had other illnesses before (he was in severe heart failure for about a year) but cancer came along and just took his entire quality of life. His neighbour had died the year before of a sudden heart attack, and I remember my dad saying that the neighbour had "won the golden ticket". A far better way to go, he was thinking, than enduring what he was going through.

This is ridiculous now. 1 hour 50 in the queue. Number 3 in the queue. I've never had this before, and it's just ruining the afternoon. I can't work, not really, with one ear listening in case a human answers.

1 hour 25 minutes in, and I am up to number 3.

Not even phoning for myself, but my kid. I've been number 4 in the queue for about half an hour now. Either they're on a tea break or some coffin dodger is tying up the line with a long list of ailments and complaints.

Vegas, despite being a street track, gave some decent racing. I still miss old Hockenheim.

Phoned the doctor one hour ago, and was number 11 in the queue. Now I am number 4. Life just ebbing away while I wait.

Watched them both now, and have to say I was a bit underwhelmed. Having the first episode of the series as Space Babies seems like a big mistake. It was really poor. The mutton vindaloo creature from red dwarf was scarier. The second episode was OK but I found it a bit boring, especially in the middle. I really was happy to hear RTD was coming back, but we're not getting his best.
