Check out some instagram cooking pages, a lot of people fire up recipes with videos showing them making it. I realise this is just a small thing. Cooking actually really helps with my anxiety, turns out for some reason I'm quite good at it (I used to have no clue, my missus taught me the basics) anyway, the level of focus required for multiple dishes or something complex takes my mind away from whaetever probably ridiculous reason is making me anxious. Finally managed to get back into weightlifting again, another great go to for my anxiety. Not sure what it is, probably chemical related in my brain, maybe dopamine? But lifting always gives me a great feeling during and after, lasts for a long time. Sometimes so upbeat that I can't sleep as I'm excited to do it again. Weird. Ok bit of a brain dump there, hope you guys are all doing well.

I'd really hate to be one of those "I won't be back" fans, but honestly I think it might come to that. To say I've not been impressed with Low's antics from the beginning is an understatement, where we are now is just a horror show. I remember a period of time when ours just suddenly would scream bloody murder shortly after commencing feeding, maybe at 4 or 5 months. It was not fun, as she was clearly hungry but raging at something. A guy I worked with suggested 'colactase' (think it's the same as colief) but it saved the day, massive difference after that. Trying to understand what an upset baby wants to convey is bloody difficult. Gets better, now she wakes up at 6:30am asking for chocolate. She's good at that.

I've found certain parts of the highlands to be an awful place to be during the season. Some bits are still class, avoiding anything "NC500" and Skye is bliss now. I find most of the time campervans not too bad on the road, they're slow moving, so meeting them in single or small groups is an easy pass. The fuckwits incapable of an overtake or consider any overtaking to be dangerous driving, thus allowing massive queues to form, should be executed.

This does my fucking head in where I stay, due to a two lane road where one lane has to go left and the other straight on. Usually the c**t always stops with no signal and then an after thought of hazards, while everyone then needs to try and join the other lane of traffic to get around them. A stabbing offence for sure.

Maybe Dowds and BBG can do the physical stuff and if Weston can finish fairly well this could work. Not massively hopeful though.
