I had a van tailgating me yesterday for around 1/4 of a mile before I reached home. I was delighted to drop 5mph to irritate the c**t and when I noticed oncoming traffic where I turn right, I stopped where it wasn't possible for him to go round me on the left. Pleasing.

Would it be fair to say we'd rather finish third than second? I think so. Midweek away at Peterhead sounds much less preferable. I know generally having the second leg at home is seen as an advantage, but it hasn't exactly been great for us the last two seasons. Long trip like that on a Tuesday night when the players have probably been at work the same day isn't what I'd pick.
There's currently only two points between Peterhead, us and Spartans. Who knows what positions we'll all be in come a week on Saturday. But I'd agree that if it's Peterhead we face in the semi, then the away leg would be preferable on the Saturday from a fan and player perspective.

Delighted to see Maguire going through. Even better that it's at Carter's expense. I can't warm to him at all even after his health problems.

There's still just one team that have scored against Rangers in the Scottish cup this season.

Unreal had the gopros on behind the goals felt like lobbing them so many times. Some amount of clear cut chances missed by Stranraer. Watch out fir highlights. Ben Armour will be having nightmares about this game.
It's probably about time Ben Armour had a nightmare against us tbf.

Spartans now confirmed in the play offs too.

Five straight clean sheets too. Nice.
First time we've done that in 15 years

8 wins from 47 matches. It's incredible how poor our record at Stair Park is.

Peterhead and Dumbarton assured their places last week with Spartans almost there too. Spartans need just 3 points from their remaining fixtures but it could be squeaky bum time if they lose to Bonnyrigg tomorrow given their last two games. The Blue Toon and Sons will likely (imo) finish 2nd and 3rd but no idea which way round, giving the 2nd placed team home advantage in the semi final 2nd leg.
Remaining fixtures,
20th April
Bonnyrigg vs Spartans
Elgin vs Peterhead
Forfar vs East Fife
Stranraer vs Dumbarton
27th April
Clyde vs East Fife
Dumbarton vs Elgin
Spartans vs Peterhead
4th May
East Fife vs Spartans
Peterhead vs Dumbarton.
The L1 place is much more intriguing with Stirling Albion in 9th place at the moment but Annan Athletic and Queen of the South are within touching distance. Its possible all three could be separated by goal difference tomorrow if Annan and Stirling both win.
Remaining fixtures
20th April
Edinburgh City vs Annan
Stirling vs QoS
27th April
Annan vs Falkirk
Edinburgh City vs Stirling
QoS vs Cove Rangers
4th May
Montrose vs QoS
Stirling vs Annan.

1994/95 new year, I stayed in Solihull and for 4 days over new year, her sister came and stay with her boyfriend.
On their arrival the presented us with a food hamper. BRILLIANT, cheese bottle of wine, steak pie the works...
As I said, they stayed 4 days, they never bought anything else during their time, 4 days. Booze, food, drugs...nothing.
On their last day, just before they were to head off, he handed me a receipt. It was for 50 English pounds. Asked for half, for the hamper.
No they never got it and they never returned.
You should've paid it, then invoiced them for their stay during a peak holiday time.

I had another look and found one with a late April/early May delivery so it's all good. The retro tops were all June but I'll make do with what I've already got.
And less than three weeks later, it has arrived. Only a tenner and doesn't look any different. Happy days.

The constancy of both goalies continually trying to kick long into wind has to be down to management orders. Which is baffling.

Is the live stream available here in the UK? Clyde sight says overseas but DTV suggests it is freely available! Can anyone answer?
You need a vpn to watch inside the UK.

Aye, the bowling club is great. Friendly and welcoming staff who even open an hour earlier in the winter to accommodate Dumbarton fans. I'm at the point where I'm going to feel guilty about ditching them if the Stag's opens again.

Very difficult to point out the infuriating thing when, infuriatingly, the whole post is in bold!!!

Imagine watching that game of Saturday and thinking it deserved to be anything other than a Dumbarton win. Ray has his head in the clouds, has done for about a year now. Came in and made us better last season for about 8 weeks then we completely fell away again, should have really made play offs last season. Might still make play offs this season but not the play offs that we’d of hoped
Ffs, mods.

Crazy to charge entry when you'll make a killing on beer sales. Ffs, the fanzones in Germany are free.

Six years in the championship as a part time club. It's not for everyone.

Forfar unbeaten against us last season and we're unbeaten against them this season. Funny how football works sometimes. Play off all but secured now imo. Have a happy Saturday fellow Sons.

Congratulations Stenny. A well deserved title and I'm sure you'll all have a brilliant night.

Many penalties is that now this season? Must be rivalling The Rangers.
Tony Wallace has scored 8 this season. I'm not sure if that's all of them though. @Jan Vojáček will know for sure.
