  1. Grimbergen Blanche. Nice but could be cooler, need to adjust the fridge settings.
  2. Watching the sun set over the hills with a Ruby Leffe.
  3. Enjoying a Kronenbourg as I've somehow conned my son into cleaning the barbecue as some sort of rite of passage. Is Kronenbourg normally 5.5% in the UK? I think I'm going to have to pick up something different as early evening thirst quenchers.
  4. Completely with you on the feelings for Hearts. I've mentioned before that I'm not one for holding a grudge but still have a thing about Hearts for them being so detestable in the 80's. [emoji16] As for St. Mirren, in the absence of a proper local derby, a bit of kiddie-on needle for banter's sake helps to spice things up. No great animosity on my part though.
  5. Wordle 372 5/6* [emoji833][emoji833][emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833][emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833] Not particularly difficult, just a bit of a slog getting there.
  6. Blonde beer from Gallia in Paris. Glad I picked up a 4 pack.
  7. On holiday and the bar has Leffe on draught. Lovely.

  9. Plenty of bonnie buildings, such as the Charing Cross Hotel, didn't stop them running the M8 through Glasgow.
  10. Wordle 370 2/6* [emoji833][emoji833] Woo Hoo!

  13. I heard that earlier but didn't see anything online coming up so assumed it would be pish. Remember if we have a sell-on clause it's likely only to be on the profit over and above what we sold him for. I'm hoping his recent cap meant something came our way from Celtic.
  14. Ditto Wordle 367 3/6* [emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833]
  15. Cheers. Other options included Jura's The Bay but I thought £60 notes seemed a bit much for a 12yo Jura and The Sound isn't jumping out at me as it looks like a fairly standard NAS.
  16. Sometimes everyone needs the insight of Bez and Shaun Ryder to reaffirm their faith in humanity.
  17. Strangely, I commented recently that there wasn't much happening on here and there was more talk about Motherwell on the St. Mirren thread there was on here. A case of the pot calling the kettle black I think.
  18. I'm going on holiday later this week and had a wee look at what's available when going for a domestic flight last week (when I got the marvellous Deanston mentioned above). I was like a kid in a sweet shop who's not allowed to buy anything! I'm thinking of treating myself and have always been a fan of Bunnahabhain and they had 3 NAS available- anyone tried An Cladach, Cruach Mhona or Eirigh Na Greine (£50, £54 and £46 respectively for litre bottles). I might just go for the Ardbeg 10 but it seems to have jumped up in price to £52 for the litre.

  21. Looks incredible Monkman. Can't give you enough greenies for those pics.
  22. On a separate note, I've cracked open the Deanston mentioned above. I normally go for peaty whisky these days but this is fabulously full-bodied. I usually add a drop of water but this doesn't need it (dangerous at 46%) and when I added a drop to the remains of the glass it was diminished.
