It's the only one I commented on and you got defensive about. I said 'I'm no expert' as I've not seen enough of the lad, I don't know how good he is. I just don't think Miller would be saying that had he not scored that on Sunday. I'm fairly confident it's far too early to be talking about him being an international player.

Yeah I’d echo JTS and just urge a little caution. Obviously I don’t know you or what you’re like but I went from hammering myself over work constantly to basically absolving myself of responsibility and not caring (or at least I thought so). That backfired on me badly as I was lying to myself that I didn’t care and all that I found was that I did care and I’d just made an even bigger mess of things than before. It’s about finding balance (for me), taking pride in your work, having a focus and discipline but not obsessing over promotions or what those above me think of me etc. It’s difficult to find the balance, I still struggle with it.

Indeed, tv companies go with viewing figures not what they think the best contest will be. Every time.

Kenny Miller was saying last night ‘yet again we’ve produced an exceptional left back, how do we get him into the Scotland team’. I’m no expert but the only time I’ve seen him he basically chucked the game for hearts at Pittodrie. Hopefully he is as good as they say but I doubt anyone can say with much confidence.

Alienating your home support through ‘cashing in’ on OF fans and handing over the majority of the stadium to them is why the league, the SFA and many clubs wanted a club that cheated and sent themselves bust admitted straight into the top league. As soon as clubs give up on attracting the local support it’s time to pack it in.
