Laidlaw could have been dropped after any one of his keech displays, to stick by him then drop him after a good game was a bit off.
Robinson is certainly nowhere near good enough as was suggested to us, and probably not a great deal better than we already have.

Even when Mcneil or Laidlaw didn't directly f**k up, people were quick to say that they just don't inspire confidence in the defence. f**k knows what they think of 15 goals in 5 games.

Morton jumped the gun, sacked Moore, hired the experienced hand of Shiels and look where it's got them. Nowhere, but they've pissed cash away on paying off Moore. Do we do the same? There's no guarantee that a new manager will work.
I think we'll be fine and this season will help Murray improve as a boss. Remember we had mixed seasons under McGlynn (toiling one year, challenging for the title the next).
Under Mcglynn, our squad was ripped apart due to finances.
Murray has been given support to build his own squad and add to it. This is as good a squad as we have had in a while.

Sackable form. There is not even a shred of evidence to suggest Murray can turn this round. Watson returning will help, but wont be the miracle cure some seem to think.

McGurn is good at this level but he's ageing and is always going to pick up injuries easier. I wouldn't swap him for Flynn though no. Watson being out seems to have caused you all sorts of bother and that would worry me. Two players out isn't unlucky with injury, it's just a standard season. Every other team will have had two players out throughout the season but they just get on with it. Blaming injuries for your threadbare squad isn't correct. That's all I'm saying, not disputing their ability.
If Cowden had Hemmings and Stewart out for any prolonged period they would remain firmly welded in that 9th place.

It's a decent point. Mcgurn and Watson being out doesn't excuse our awful tactics or severely underperforming prima donnas like Cardle.

Murrays big test started after losing the unbeaten record to Dundee 3 months ago.
He and the team have failed that test miserably. I fail to see how on earth we get things on track. There is a woeful attitude problem throughout the squad.
When you see Spence, Fox, Cardle et al slog their way through another game, and then see one of our most skillful and talented players get nowhere near the side.....baffling.
Times up for me. That interview sums it all up.

I think sacking is extreme, but Murray got a lot of praise early this season so he must carry the can for this.
Right now we are dreadful, he must take responsibility and i cant see how we can get better.

Starting to really lose confidence in Murray. Another awful performance, awful to watch, awful tactics and dreadful use of substitutions.

I thought Moriarty was fantastic.
I have no interest in any other adaptation of Holmes at all, but this had been one of the best pieces of tv i have ever seen. Superb.

Saw Big Country on Fri - superb. As close to how it was with Adamson as you could get. Much improved now Mike Peters has left.
