No anything too exciting, heading through on Saturday to do a bit of shopping so just somewhere central that I can get some no bad food and a decent pint. I see there's also some music thing on in Dundee this weekend so I'm guessing a majority places for pub food will be mobbed?

Where is decent for something to eat in Dundee during the day? I'm sure quite a few people on here have mentioned The Phoenix before, and The Beer Kitchen also looks no bad. Any other suggestions?

Woke up to find more money in my bank than I had expected. Been out for a haircut, bought some new clothes, took the old dear and my grandfolks out for some lunch and I'm now at home chilling with a few cans.

Clothing for just kicking about the house in, or jeans that have only been used for nipping to the shop or something is no more than 3 days. Shirt and trousers for work should be fresh every day, and it should always be fresh clothing for a night out.

After my successful spell as player manager of the winning side at a 7's tournament in Inverkeillor back in 2012, I'm now relegated to an "impact sub". Oh how the mighty have fallen.
