I was sceptical about that after his first game against Killie but in the Stranraer game there was a fair few times he covered in that position when Williamson had went walkabouts.
Williamson will get injured at some point, that's a given. Possibly in the warmup.

Yeats can and has previously played at right back also which gives us options and flexibility

Telfer is a typical ex-OF kid who has got contract after contract on the back of “he was at Rangers/Celtic so he must be decent”. Falkirk have missed out the L1 playoffs the last two seasons. He was part of that - enough said.
Be good at 5 a sides.
Good on the ball, awful trying to chase back, gets pushed about and outpaced by bigger stronger part time players. Still has 'potential ' at 27. ' Will do well with better players around him ' tattooed on his chest.

In the public domain. FFC won their case against the company in Sheriff Court recently but whether anything can be retrieved is another matter.
Just another legacy disaster. And we still have apologists for the last bod(s). When will the penny drop ?

It doesn't excuse not putting a shift in. Even Dixon said in the paper they chucked it in September. That's a disgrace.
But so did alot of our so called fans didn't they.. pots and kettles.

I've noticed the Partick / Rangers connection too; unsure of the real reason behind this.
You'd think we'd have some sort of relationship with Rangers through Ross Wilson...
Partick train on the park next to where the Rangers youths train. They share the same facilities as well hence the link up.
With them being a league above will also sway it.

We started with only 2 new signings and trialist, the rest are a hangover from a diabolical season and there's a reason we finished sixth. I've no doubt McGlynn knows the majority are duds but he's got a massive job on his hands to turn even 2 or 3 of them around. If he can get rid of a few, wheel and deal, loans etc,we could be looking at a new starting 11 by the time the league starts. Let's no kid ourselves, that's what we need to challenge this season, we simply can't rely on last seasons failures, which was evident once again last night.

Aiden keena modelled the 3rd kit last year, then went on start a grand total of 4 games after that before being punted in January. I wouldn't look too much into this at all.
Hopefully that's an omen, thing was a team wanted Keena in January, can't see that being the case with many of those duds, however we live in hope.

We've got far more to worry about than the design of a bloody strip. The fact that McGuffie was modelling one of them suggests they're not in a rush to get the likes of him out the door which is worrying as he's way short in all departments of what we need. That said there's about ten others like that.

Two Season Tickets purchased.
No excuse now for any delay in a signing spree that will guarantee us promotion by Christmas.
1002 and rising..

Believe we had 2400 or there abouts. A great start.

Christ, still bumming up Telfer after a handful of good games in 3 seasons. Always other players faults...aye decent on the ball but without it he was outmuscled and chasing shadows against part time players, who were pacier and stronger. Really glad he's away, we can get better than him.

Well we have now signed 6 players with more to come. All will be starters. Very few, if any, of the contracted players deserve a chance or to be at the club after last season and I would predict most will know that and will bugger off.
If McGlynn can move on even half of them he should get a stand named after him.

That’s an absolutely horrendous state of affairs if true and an abuse of the fans/members trust in the set up, it isn’t being run as a democratic members organisation. Unless things change people paying they’re money every month should be made aware of this and perhaps transfer membership and direct debits over to the FSS which is obviously fully democratic. We don’t need more people involved who treat the fans money and our club as they’re own personal play thing, if you want to play the big man and make demands on the club without consulting the fans/members who raised the cash then don’t take they’re money trying to play the big shot. Walk the walk yourself, let’s see the colour of your own personal cash to fund it.
Whole raft of folk ready to leave B4L for the reasons you've stated above. Self inflicted due to one man's ego. Absolutely no consultation with the membership no wonder they're leaving.

Herald reporting that McGlynn is on holiday for a week ( didn't state when he's due back) and don't expect any signings until his return.

A very informative and transparent interview. I'd make it mandatory for all fans to listen to this and hopefully, the reasonable supporters will understand what has been inherited and what it will take to fix it. Yes, it's only words, we've had many before, but there seems to be a plan and determination to rebuild our club. As fans we can play a huge part in this if we really want it.

Hopefully fans now understand the magnitude of the task facing the current employees and new bod. The last mob should never be allowed back in the ground ever again.
Or invited to compere Sportsman's dinners in Elliots.

I reckon I must have about 12 but remember being completely convinced he was Mark Stewart's Dad. How he was only 20 when we signed him I'll never know.
It was actually Wilfred Brambell we signed (Albert Steptoe). Sure the fee was actually £100k, but some of that was used to buy his shorts which were that big George Craig bought them off him and started a marquee company.

You find me a single post I've made at any point showing I was under that impression and I will never darken this thread again. Otherwise the beyond played out "swing and a miss" patter applies for you here.
Does the 'cb' in your name stand for Clydebank ?

More and more folk ditching b4l for the reasons you state above. No consultation with members and trying to dictate what players were brought in is just ludicrous.
