I've spent enough money following this team over the years to be a bit more than a "so called supporter" I'd say.

Falkirk supporters have plenty reason to be "negative" having been kicked in the stones for the best part of 10 years while much smaller clubs have won trophies and played in Europe repeatedly, never mind having multiple seasons in the top flight.

Things are looking better this season than they did last. To me we have been improving game to game since the draw at Firhill. I hope that continues.

We're all aware of that and to me we've never achieved our potential in 40 add years which is gauling. My point is that some like to greet about anything and everything no matter how good or bad were doing, and it isn't helpful. A bit positivity and togetherness wouldn't go amiss some times. There has to be a turning point and hopefully this season is it.

What a lot of shite. In case you aren't aware we aren't winning the Champions League, we're in the third tier of Scottish football playing a bunch of village teams for the second year in a row.

In case you aren't aware we aren't even in the Champions League, your saying  were not going to win it. I was pointing out how negative some of our so called supporters are. You fit the bill.

You do wonder sometimes what it would take for some of our knicker wetters to be ‘glass is half full’?

I do note that it’s the same posters who were calling for M and M’s heads just a few weeks ago though.

Four points clear and having taken 4 out of 6 against our chief title challengers, and we still have people moaning about a bit of positivity.

We could win this league by 20 points and they’d still find something to whinge about....

We could win the Champions League beating Barcelona 20-0, it still wouldn't suit some folk.

This will be very tough IMO. Our goals to chances created ratio is not great and I can’t see Clyde giving up the chances the likes of Dumbarton, Cove and Peterhead gave us. The front players need to sharpen their boots.

Think it will be a draw

Our goals scored is highest in the league, goal difference best in the league, goals conceded equal best in the league, but what do stats matter.

Hearts are ready to talk to Andy Irving about a new long term deal, is it just another player that never “clicked with us” ?

He was 18 and playing in a relegation battle with a totally duff set of players. That said, he really lacked stamina, understandable at that age, wasn't pacy either. Would have been difficult to click at all in those circumstances.

  6. Game over when 2nd went it,good professional performance  especially on back of win v Cove. Were on top on merit. Sammon decent again, better from Alston great goal  Millers best game, Kelly a natural left back. Leitch has had his chance and has now lost it to Connolly on 20 minutes.  All good though.

  7. Woeful first 35 mins before finally having a bit of urgency. Much better 2ns half and scored at a good time. In the end fully deserved win. Cant help but feel we're just not getting the performances we crave but scoring in every game, creating chances and picking up points . Squad size and subs will play  huge part this season.

Are we really taking about a Bairns legend wearing his heart on his sleeve during commentary ?Saying the things I'm feeling as we enter the last ten mins of a game, especially the need to go to the toilet its brutal in your 50s.Its potty time, as Michael Bentene used to say.

I think if it was another club and not aberdeen this may be received a lot better. The boy Cormack is never off the media moaning about one thing or another. Let's not forget it was 7 cretins from his club that embarrassed the game way back at the start of the season and yet his club got off Scot free for that. Certainly doesn't help raise support when clubs can't control their own players and keep them educated in the current rules.Complaining about losing money well cut your cloth accordingly then instead of chasing a pipe dream of competing with the old firm. Those days have gone. Wages went up half a million last season.and yet they still won feck all does that not tell the cretin something? Somebody from the spfl should be telling the twat to pipe down as he's hindering not helping the cause with his constant bleating.

Not to mention they had the biggest chance ever to change the voting structure when Sevco were out the top league but didn't vote for it. Hell mend them.

  9. I'd give Todd the holding midfielder role. He has strength and a bit of dig, needs to get fully fit. Poor as hes been Id keep playing Alston. Again full fitness required but have to persevere to get him there. He can be a match winner for us.

Kelly looks a decent player, keep him in.

To wins tight games we need 3 or 4 players who are capable of giving us that wee spark or something different to turn a game. Morrison the obvious one. Alston can be, Keena, at a push Connolly. Need them all firing on all cylinders.

  10. The point suits us more than them but by god we don't have our troubles to seek. Simply need to get Kelly in defense and reorganise it someway. Lack of youth and energy in central midfield could and should have been addressed close season but wasn't. G Miller has been woeful so far this season. Dowds tries but alot of deficiencies. Management s honeymoon is over too.
