  1. VAR is optional. We said we didn't want want it - none of our games have it and the referees can't get it right even when they do have it. Understandably Motherwell didn't fancy paying the fees for it themselves so I'm pleased to say no VAR. It is in the bottom of the Motherwell ticket news post on the website.
  2. I could say plenty and churn old material here but you get what you pay for with your volunteers. There's a fundamental lack of understanding of how to do your media. This is a small video from our stream (one of the actual 700 ten second clips that are served when you watch our stream) compare that to your highlights.545.ts
  3. For the avoidance of doubt assault jokes aren't funny, Brian. Playstation memes are.
  4. Today was pretty rubbish on media production side. First I was bloody baltic early. Planned to debut some new shiny live graphics and then just beset by technical problems from before kickoff. Get home to try and find out the problem and everything works like a dream Such a shame we couldn't take all three points from that game to ease these headaches. Me when the same thing happens again next week at Motherwell =
  5. See I disagree wholeheartedly with this infographic. As all gardeners know, Wasps are excellent killers of pests and these Queens fans are at the end of their tether. Time to forcibly remove those pests in charge by inflicting a record defeat and returning home with the spoils and plaudits.
  6. I liked Jay, goalkeeper who is actually a footballer. Good distribution - we used to use him for a quick counter with the long punts. Good shot stopping. Bad points - at times not physical enough in the corner stramashes etc. Just needs more experience. He'll be a good goalie.
  7. Bartley's surely got some dirt on Queen of the South's board that they don't want out, no? Been a running joke in the press box about his survivability after every abject result. The man's bulletproof. Although that said if we were to go 5 points clear of QoS with two games in hand that'd be a pretty hard benchmark to recover from.
  8. Seen it all now and while I don't want to downplay what happened at all, as you say it's not fans there to see the football. Ally Roy's goal went in at 16:48:37 on Saturday, Kev's goal was a minute earlier and none of these 'fans' have seen them because they've already left to get to the away side. Pure trouble making for the sake of it.
  9. Not a clue. I wouldn't assume so unless they have another football slot to fill.
  10. Apart from Liam Fontaine you're surely having a laugh? We were wasteful all game and still won at a canter in the end.
  11. Winding up orders are very public. https://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/4517832 Didn't know the amount right enough. Some paltry research:
  12. You don't get TV money for the league. It's distributed centrally through the prize money pool so usually your crowd will take a hit and you make less money.
  13. And an insincere apology if I've ever read one. did you eat the chocolate cake? *5yr old covered in chocolate* "no I didn't mean to eat the chocolate in any way."
  14. Avoiding catching eyes with him after blasting him earlier on this season by any chance?
  15. Out of the loop what happened outside today. But I will say there was a few in trouble that I have never seen or heard of after the Hamilton game. I don't think it's a coincidence that we've got one of the most impoverished areas in the country across the road and kids kicking about with nothing to do, getting their kicks from breaking things. The culture is broken. Policing is dead soft now too. It's like they're not even around. Almost makes you long for a bit of Italian or French police brutality.
  16. Wasn't one of the ones to catch my eye. Judging by the fact I questioned if he was playing for the first 65 minutes odd. Didn't mind Deane and Zaid but understandably not a great Edinburgh side.
  17. I assume the petitioner is HM Revenue and Customs so it's a tax bill they've not paid. Local sheriff court because they're not big enough to go to the court of session.
  18. He is right. It's a very public notice. All they've got to do is pay their debts and it'll be withdrawn. We'll find out more in the next couple months. https://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/4517832
  19. Aye I'm pretty similar. I liked him when he got an opportunity. Still our top scorer this season despite the limited appearances and some tidy goals I've enjoyed this season. Don't think he's a player who can carry the ball when you're up against it and not supporting from midfield but a buoyant Stenny he might end up with a hatful of goals. Definitely the player I looked at and thought he would be one that someone would gamble on. Tough on the strikers in general because there's only space for one or two at a stretch with how Andy has been setting us up. Interesting to see what business we do coming in or if it will just be shaving the squad numbers down.
  20. Interesting signing Makenzie Kirk. Was hoping for either his signature or Bobby Wales after seeing our struggling forwards for a few weeks. We're running a big squad this year but that's definitely not a recipe for keeping your forward line happy. Assume there's movement going out?
  21. If you have no money and a creditor comes calling... then there's not much you can do to avoid it. I just wonder how enthusiastic home supports will be to watch what is on offer. Season tickets are meaningless as you already have burned through their money. Unlikely to have regular walkups for the home team and only really the big gate of Falkirk this year. Beyond that there's not too much away supporters. Certainly not enough to sustain the kind of wages that follows a League 1 side.
  22. Wonder how many doings like this before the club goes under. Not likely to have many people attracted to come when every week is a sure thing.
  23. Not sure like. Rain better start soon if they want to start at 3pm.
