East Kilbride now looking like they will pull ahead and win the league. Tranent will give it a go, but think they are short for going all the way. Scottish cup tie in a couple of weeks will be a cracker!

Thought I would kick start a new thread on how everyone plans on getting to Germany. We booked a hotel in Bonn (free cancellation) not long after the groups started. At a very good price! Kept the hotel, going 16th -23rd. Booked the flights yesterday, and any direct flight from Scotland - Germany has rocketed in price as expected. Our new route: Edinburgh - Bristol - Cologne Colgone - Venice - Edinburgh First time going to watch Scotland in a major tournament. Too young to remember France 98, and Covid hit Euro 2020. Real buzz about this! Love this Scotland team

So what route is everyone taken to Germany? We were supposed to book Edinburgh - Cologne via Eurowings but never bothered. Price has shot up by £270 since then. We are now doing Edinburgh - Bristol - Cologne Cologne - Venice - Edinburgh coming in a lot cheaper than going direct to Germany

The defeat to Tranent in the play off was the start of it for me. If they went up that season, there is a chance they might have been in league two by now. Good cup run last year, but now out all the big cups this year. Will not win the league, it’s all went a bit stale for the money men involved. For the money spent in years gone by, to still be in this league is criminal.

Nothing to be scared of tonight, would much rather be in our position than be in Spain’s. As mentioned, hopefully we get the result to get the job done tonight. But a narrow defeat if not. Top spot must be the priority at this stage, not just qualification

The location of this tournament does not really bother me at all. The only surprise for me is that England never went for this themselves. As long as we make it the finals, give us a wee trip down to London for one of the group games. If we get Hampden, fair enough but certainly not overly bothered by it

Kelty deserve a huge amount of credit. It was never going to be easy in the summer with a lot of changes behind the scenes. But fair play to Tidser, he has assembled a very decent side which could potentially push for the play offs with probably half the budget to what Potter got last season. Great to see you stamping your mark in this league.

I agree, I thought you guys played well and deserved to win. When it was 0-0, I had the feeling that you would lose the first goal. It reminded me of the play off game against the Swedish mob. However, they were much better than the side from last night. Far too many golden opportunities wasted though, at this level you can’t afford to pass them up. As your opponents certainly won’t!

No Edinburgh derby next week either. Instead we will be watching St Mirren to see if they can keep up their pressure on Celtic. With a match against 3rd place Rangers.

Broomhill have had some good results this season. I would expect a very tough match against them. They don’t give many goals away either

Yeah through Eurowings mate. The flights have not long been out. Only watchout will be the 3:30pm flight on the Sunday, need to hope that doesn't clash! But as you say, can be edited if needed.

Hearts and Hibs outcomes were expected. Maybe not as comfortable as they ended up. Rangers - Outcome expected, however didn’t expect the 2nd leg pumping Aberdeen - got to feel disappointed. Won’t get a better chance to qualify for EL group stage. The boy Sadiq is a player, but missed opportunity.

I know it’s a massive game, but for a 5:45 kick off on a Wednesday. Good achievement selling out so quickly. Tickets only went on general sale yesterday?

Yeah, the problem is you can’t just demote clubs that are currently sitting at T6 level. What is the fairest way of joining the regions? Probably none, but something has to give eventually.

I reckon Raith could have added another 5-600 on top of what they have already sold

What is the reason for Raith not getting as many as the stand behind the goal holds? I don’t expect a big home crowd, so why limit the away fans to 1,700 or whatever it is?
