    Went back on the scales today, 14.5 stones. I was 13.6 just before Xmas. At my heaviest I was 15st in 2013, and I'm not getting back to that again. Im only 5'6", so that's not good. I'm starting to do a 2 mile walk at night now, walking from Joppa along Portobello prom to meet the wife at her work, then back along to Joppa again. If I can do that 4 times a week, I'll be happy. It's a start.
