    I had a large "cafe caramella" at costa today at around 2pm. It finally wore off around 6pm. Never again. I'm usually ok with coffee as well. Had to stop the car and go for a walk around the shops at fort kinnaird to try and shake it off a bit.

    My wife and I took part in the "stand up to cancer" march in Edinburgh last night. It was brilliant, but a wee bit emotional for some people as well. Here's me with with a well earned pint.

    Defeated the wife at scrabble last night, taunted her with some classic P&B insults. I told her she was "rattled", "seething" and of course, "on the verge of tears"

    I'll raise you old folk (especially on buses) on that one. " look, a new shop" swiftly followed by "there's a police car" and so on, passing comment on everything single fucking thing they see. It's like some weird game of pensioner's bingo, choosing to get a quick game In case they kick the bucket before they get off the bus.

    7.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8-12 every second Saturday. And it's only about a 15 minute drive from my house.
