  1. Don't worry, be happy, lol. Go easy my man and have a good one, all the best. X
  2. Thoughts are with you @stumigoo, a good guy who now appears to wipe his hands of this forum. Shame, great positive poster, imho. Your club owner now champions Jim Goodwin, which is fair comment in your current position. However after emptying Jack Ross last year and not the troublesome element of the dressing room, the easy option is now to appear the preferred avenue, oh dearie me. As if I give a monkeys chuff, I'm Dark Blue after all. We do not even have a current playing staff, let alone any management strategy or formation. Best regards and thanks for reading.
  3. Charlie Adam addresses Dundee job link (thecourier.co.uk) Read the link above and not surprisingly Sir Charles of Adam has had no contact as yet from the Dens Park boardroom. Seriously, have a word with yourselves Messrs Nelms and Strachan and stop embarrassing what little remains of your self esteem in this business. Now approaching a ludicrously embarrassing level of incompetence, imho. Not advocating Charlie is the next manager, however he surely merits and deserves an interview or chat regarding his interest in a potential position at the club. Complete lack of respect to the club support also apparent due to the ongoing silence, as if you give a shit Messrs Nelms and Strachan. Unless of course you're about to announce Robbie Neilson or Jack Ross that is, then all forgiven. Regards
  4. Agree @RossBFaeDundee, however the man has his professional pride and price. Feed it properly and we will prosper. Collective outfit of shorts, sports jacket and Smiths tee-shirt, sorted imho. (Andy Rourke, RIP). Agree also @rhumbaclub, we shop in the damaged goods category also due to John Nelms' ongoing reputation in the game. Regards
  5. Appreciate and accept that sentiment my man. However if these guys (Nelms and Strachan) have our club's best interests at heart rather than their piss water stain ego's, they have to swallow their pride and do the right thing. That's certainly preferable to Neil McCann, Jim McIntyre, James Mistake and then the already retired Mark McGhee. Callum Davidson, holy shit, is that the best standard these clowns can come up with? Disappointing.
  6. John Nelms' doing what John Nelms' does best, unstructured yet to be expected absolute chaos. Is he related to Tim Keyes, hence this ongoing tolerance of business ineptitude? Or is this down to Mr Keyes general lack of interest, taking also into account the publicly silent Mr Strachan and his obvious inverted influence on Mr Nelms. Get the cheque book out for the two fellers below. I assure you we will fill your imaginary new stadium, or in the meantime happily at Dens Park. To be employed as manager and assistant manager, in that order. Regards and thank you.
  7. We can't all be wrong on here regarding not wanting Callum Davidson as manager at Dens. A very real concern is considering he was the manager for two thirds of St. Johnstone's major trophy haul, I see very little warmth or indeed positive opinions from the Saintee followers on here. Another major issue is, having tolerated James Mistake's signings for the last 3 or more years, we've finally cleared the decks and are about to hand the keys of the building to someone with arguably a worse record of disastrous signings for a smaller club. No disrespect intended Saintee fellers. Regards.
  8. Grant McCann and Nathan Jones, both very competent and proven English Championship and League One managers would be top of my list. A blank canvas at a club and a decent budget just may be attractive to a manager looking for a rebuild project completely from scratch. Anyway, back to planet Earth and grim reality, I would not be disappointed if Robbie Neilson or Jack Ross were to arrive, if John Nelms' and Gordon Strachan are genuinely seeking improvement at Dens Park that is. In the "up your arse" category currently reside Callum Davidson and Malky Mackay. Have a word with yourselves gents, have you seen @Ludo*1's list of Clum's signings, truly terrifying, bar one or two decent journeymen. Plus have you seen Malky's historic text's, good football manager however disgraceful comments in this day and age. Due to WGS being the decision maker, we can now realistically expect either his son Gavin, or indeed Willie Miller ably assisted by Roy Aitken. Good friend, Mark McGhee has unfortunately announced his retirement last year, however never say never, lol. Please get it right gents, Robbie Neilson or Jack Ross, the latter of which after all has a lot to prove in our city, which we may just all come to enjoy. Thank you and regards.
  9. Probably like you Liam, I am opposite the Main Stand. There's a thought eh? We're all Dark Blue though, regardless of our opinions. All the best my man.
  10. Respect @johnnydun as always. Excellent poster on P&B and I respect your opinion. However, having watched the feller Hannant operate on the park, we clearly have a different opinion on his work application and actual effectiveness to the team. Now it would appear he's excelling online, where he failed to contribute and entertain on the park, lol. It may be my basic expectations outstrip the average modern player and having watched Dundee FC since 1975 I may have outstayed my welcome in this regard. The youngster it would appear @Liam899, go easy on the red dots young man. Alternatively at least post a relevant response to others' postings. Regards as always.
  11. Yep ignore the very talented Mr Cameron on a full time contract, let's sign up more on-field non contributing bluffing players like Mr Hannant, with nowt or very little between their ears it would appear from their very own social media contributions. You guys out there have never had to manage people, have you? Clearly not, from your comments on this very forum. Before red dotting my professional opinion, I've never as yet issued one red dot in four years on P&B, always respecting all alternative opinions, however off-piste they may appear. Regards and thank you.
  12. All wind and considerable pish from Mr Hannant. Show up and contribute on the lower league football park first young man, then you have the right to party. Grow the f**k up and be an adult. Regards
  13. Well done folks, only surprised it took until the final game and all the very best for next season. Best regards.
  14. Scottish Premiership you say, over yonder hillside, can't miss it young man. LUKE for the signpost, you can't go wrong.
  15. Nice one Biggie, "I was (also) happy in the haze of a drunken hour" when I used to proudly plug on the same juke-box Morrissey's 'Alsation Cousin' to an overcrowded Saturday night Old Bank Bar, lol. Happy days indeed whilst a vibrant young man.
  16. This game on Friday is an unwanted weight on both our shoulders. With respect, may the lowest number win Number 6. Be seeing you, regards Number 2.
  17. Agree totally my man, next Friday should be a cigar and slippers evening with our collective feet up. Looking at our current league position of 60 points from 35 games, that equates to a 57.1% points return! Piss poor indeed in this standard of football, imho. Comments welcome on a postcard Messrs. Nelms and Strachan. Thank you
  18. Poorest standard of Dundee team and indeed league for that matter I can recall. In fairness I missed out on the Kernaghan and Rae experiment due to work commitments, however this has been six years of constant pish now if I'm honest. Prove us all wrong next Friday. Thank you.
  19. To say the least Shads, truly disappointed. Truly, truly, truly. Good night and thank you.
  20. Yep, looks really interested does Tim Keyes. Obviously used to and likes watching paint dry in his spare time. Shocking, although not unexpected performance tonight, imho. Three of these clowns under contract next season, one of which currently on loan at Perth, ffs. Shite team in a shite league.
  21. Ally Graham: Highly-rated Dundee kid trains with Southampton (thecourier.co.uk) Speaking of the local papers, I see one of our fledglings is on trial at Southampton. Win this league and it will be make or break time for our wealthy owners, I wish them well and retaining these youngsters should be part of that plan. Cheers, here's to the memories below eh?
  22. Happy days to be a Dee, however I remain a tad concerned over Tim Keyes' plans for a new local crematorium if the adverts on tv featuring Gary Bowyer are anything to go by, lol.
  23. Recall John Fletcher consistently impressing playing against Dundee and being then delighted we'd signed him for as little as £20,000 iirc. Ludicrously blonde hair, even for the 1970's lucky fellow, early teens for me to truly judge a player , however always appeared an honest and industrious hardworking team player, imho.
