Sometimes certain players are just not suited to clubs, maybe Keena going to Raith would work for him. I know Keena wasn’t a Holt player but It’s a shame Holt seems to have the same remit with regards to signings as those who have decided them in the past 4/5 years. We are getting really good at identifying players who are not suited to Falkirk. We are becoming something of a career graveyard for a lot of our signings.

Surely that would spell the end for Sheerin if he survives that long. I hope the new board hunt Holt out the building.

We could sack Sheerin/Grainger and put Holt in charge until the end of the season ala Man Utd. Our board are so detached from the feelings of the fans that is the type of cunty move they would do. I cannot wait until December in the hope that the board is completely emptied and none of those that are currently stinking the place out are there. A new regime is most definitely required.

I agree totally, we are definitely not in a position to carry passengers who aren’t up for the fight. I don’t even think he is that good anyway.

I think we need a clear out from top to bottom, empty the board and get new blood in with fresh ideas. Get some sort of fan involvement including partial ownership, along the lines of the scheme Kenny Jamieson was involved with a few years back where we have the option of putting in a lump sum or a monthly contribution. Get shot of Holt/Sheerin and look at a hybrid model of full time players supplemented by the best of the part time players. Whoever we get as manager they have to be experienced or at least if we go down the route of a younger coach we need an auld heid in there assisting them. I just hope this new board has a remit of getting all the fans back onboard. The main way of doing that has to be a better product on the park.

Nearer that the now than the Championship pal. We could be looking at derby games with the Shire in a few years.

Said this for yonks, look at the cream of the part-time market instead of the absolute arse end of the full-time market, at least until we get back up.

I think the fact he plays one striker up top on their own isn’t the issue, I just don’t think Ruth and Keena are good enough. We also have a midfield jam packed with the same type of players Telfer, Nesbit, McGuffie, Morrison all offer exactly the same and our one player who is meant to give us a bit of dig Hetherington just looks shite.

Pish poor, we aren’t going up with this team and manager.

God knows why but I thought it might be a good idea to pay £13 and watch this game on Falkirk TV, we are absolutely rank rotten. A midfield of midgets who are getting bossed, a kid up front on his own who is getting bossed and a defence that doesn’t look like they have ever trained together never mind played together. First time I’ve seen us this season and apart from the above everything is peachy.

I always mind a big fat b*****d tic fan in the temp stand near us in the South going ballistic every time we got a decision that didn’t please him. He was jumping about like a fecking madman, looking at him it was probably the most exercise he’d had in his life.

Remember that game more for the way an element of their support disgraced themselves during the minutes silence and how Sky muted it and Peter Lawwell sat shaking his head during it. Loved how when their latecomer fans entered the ground after the minutes silence the full South and Main stands greeted them with chants of “scum scum scum”.

I will be amazed if what they have put in place makes the fans happy. I hope and pray it does but with our board history in my time following the bairns I’m not holding my breath.
