  1. Poached, fried, frittata, boiled, scrambled, prairie oyster. IMO.
  2. I did, but not with the school. I went up the tower, it revolved at the top. I'm pretty sure that we had to queue for about an hour. The was a rollercoaster too iirc.
  3. Buy a bag of satsumas and inject vodka into them.
  4. I was just away to post that. Anyway, here's a more recent track commenting upon police brutality. Sault - Wildfires
  5. Jah War by The Ruts and Justice by The Pop Group. Both songs are inspired by events that unfolded on 23rd April 1979 when riot police attacked anti-racism protesters, killing Blair Peach and leaving Clarence Baker in a coma.
  6. Shane MacGowan sounds mightily pissed off...
  7. I had the Matchbox Race 'n' Chase You got a Corvette Stingray and a Police cruiser. You could live out all your Buford T Justice fantasies performing high speed police chases around the track. The cars could do handbrake turns. The yellow seesaw thingy was just a pain in the arse though.
  8. I went on two skiing holidays with the school in 1989 and 1990. First was to Andalo in Italy and the second was Brixen im Thale, Austria. Both journeys were by bus. The second trip was during the same hurricane that nearly killed the guy who played Renè in 'Allo 'Allo. We were on a ferry between Ramsgate and Dunkirk during the storm. I don't think that there was anybody on that boat who didn't spew their ringpiece up. I'm shite at skiing so I spend most of the trips on my arse. I was too young to appreciate the Alpine scenery at the time, which I kinda regret. Fantastic experiences though.
  9. Music is often political. Many popular songs are rooted in various protest movements or are commenting upon current affairs. Let's post songs that have meaning..
  10. A few Brew Toon beers to round off the weekend. The best thing to hit Peterhead since Alexandra Burke.
  11. Spider Monkey One of the better craft IPAs out there
  12. Rusty has scored a few screamers. Rennie has slotted in a few. His free kick against Raith and the opener in the new year game against the Smokies were both superb. I can't see that there's any lower league strikers out there that we can sign who would be better then either of them.
  13. A guilty pleasure... Montrose beach was never like this, either was St Cyrus or Lunan Bay. I feel kinda cheated..
  14. Aldi clearly ripping of Brewdog here. This tastes virtually identical to Punk IPA.
  15. Studio 54 IPA from Aldi. 'Tis most agreeable.
  16. This one promised more than it delivered... It looked cool but it flew like shit.
  17. I love Gueuze, only place I've seen in Scotland was in a Brewdog pub. Lindemans though, not Boon. Where else is selling it?
