It doesn't matter how well Livingston supposedly played 4-0 is still 4-0.The team looks unbalanced,or is it the system ??? or the type of players???? Although they showed plenty of grit and determination,they still managed to make an arse of passing the ball, constantly giving the ball away, over hitting it, and their first touch hasn't got any better,at the start they should cover their shins with evo-stick,that would teach them the basics... Rangers were poor until the 2nd goal,but Livi have problems with movement in midfield ,the lack of getting the players up the park to support is glaring ,I thought Shinnie done well enough but no pace, Holt was playing too deep, Kelly was terrible, never in the game, Nouble was good first 30 minutes, then never seen, looked burnt out, Martindale waits too long to get Kelly and Nouble off, Sangare was brutal, his replacement Guthrie done well, but he was playing wide left, and most of his work was done along the halfway line, you aint gonna score goals from there. Rangers still managed, to make Livi look like they were 2 men down, Livi just don't have pace in midfield, and rely on Montano, and Nouble to make runs, Nouble's holds on to the ball well enough, but his work rate and ability to get by a player has diminished. Brandon and de Lucas were Livi's best today Kelly's lack of involvement in games, probably has been noticed by Martindale.

Ross County can still catch Livi. Will Livi ever win again, or even score again

Stephen Kelly is not as good as you all seem to think, lacks pace ,and drifts out of games, doesn't do enough going forward, as I've said for a couple of years, Pittman,Holt,Shinnie are simply not good enough, the only 2 players that can run with a ball without losing it are Montana and Nouble, this teams true abilities are starting to show, and definitely will be found out next season, Montano needs to be played further up the park ,he is not a left back Nouble looks burnt out, and off form since he came back from injury. Guthrie won't do next season ,he couldn't hit a barn door Bradley doesn't impress as anywhere near a top flight player Anderson needs support from a winger and midfield and gets none. The defence, What defence, completely needs a rebuild....... Oh The goalkeeper is rotten too

PITTMAN and HOLT won't be missed the next 2 games, Pittman has lost any quality he once had, was good a couple of years ago, does plenty running about without the ball, but watch him when on the ball, he can't control it, pass it, run forward without running into a defender, how he got a new deal is baffling ,trust me Holt is always hacking ,and is a liability, can't pass, when do you ever see him have a decent pass forward or shots without making an arse off it The whole midfield need replaced, trust me. SHINNIE a very very lazy player, brings absolute nothing, his work rate, desire, and inability to do anything good is as clear as day, SEAN KELLY is neither a defender or a midfielder, does nothing, very slow, work rate is poor, you wouldn't know he's on the pitch at times, OMEONGA runs about plenty ,can't control a ball ,can't find a pass absolutely hopeless, trust me, these players are all needing moved on. Take all these creative players out the team Bahamboula,Montano,Devlin,Nouble,and maybe Penrice Livi would be in dire straits, Stephen Kelly looks like the only midfielder that's got any potential

You could see from the first 10 min,there was no believe from the players taking anything from that game So much for Martindale's game plan,10 defenders 1 forward ,ring a ring of roses,why didn't they tackle, sitting back,defending too deep,clearing balls back to the opposition . Time and time again Celtic dragged them all over the place PANIC stations don't pass the ball to me!! Poor game, 2 sides full of poor passing,If St.Mirren can play as bad as that and still take the 3 points shows how bad Livi were.Plenty effort from certain Livi players, but too many stray balls You could see Livi were struggling up front, Martindale done nothing about it ,just excepted it until ST.Mirren scored why?? was he playing for a 0-0. All in all Livi probably deserved nothing from this game,too sloppy,to many players of the boil and poor decision making by Martindale....Play for a draw and you usually end up with a defeat.. Better performance going forward ,poor first 20 minutes, much better commitment than lately, better tactics overall. As usual mistakes every single game,but Livi's performances have been poor,certain Livi fans on here keep praising the players, it seems some of them can do no wrong, in reality most of them are not good enough. BIG problems as an attacking force,the whole midfield are the biggest problem. OMEONGA, when on the ball doesn't know what to do, cant find a player, wont shoot,creates nothing KELLY, Not good enough,Mr invisible,creates nothing,no pace. PITTMAN, Does plenty running,nothing else, struggles to get on the ball,his ball control is not good enough,past his best for this league SHINNE, Absolute hopeless,usually invisible,slow,creates nothing but gets a game every week HOLT, Not at it this season, basically a defender not a midfielder,wont come out his own half,creates nothing, continually fouls George 3/10 Devlin 5/10 Fitzwater 3/10 Good this season,bad mistake today Obileye 4/10 Montaño 5/10 Good in patches,then disappears Holt 3/10 Omeonga 4/10 Kelly 1/10 Shinnie 1/10 Pittman 2/10 Nouble 3/10 Looks jaded last 2 games,better on the wing I wont judge the subs but that Cancar looks a liability

Livi had 2 winable games to get a top 6 finish and blew it,last game against St.Johnstone was their downfall, a terrible performance,which was the first nail in the coffin,which left a must win today,I have to say they were great for 70 minutes,played Motherwell of the park,then self destructed,Motherwell didn't even deserve a draw. The same old,wrong subs at the wrong time. Obileye is guilty of scuffing clearances to the opposition,and out for corners.He and Fizzywater just don't look strong and commanding at corners. Stryjek needs to take more command of his box at corners,instead of getting boxed in on the goal line. So all in all probably got what they deserved over the 2 games.A bottom six finish. Tactics again baffling today, every single game Livi are overrun in midfield,today were second to every ball in the first Half,the whole defence where shaky Bailey on the wing done nothing,Omeonga has played 2 good games 1 against Hibs the rest he's been shite this season,runs about doing nothing,Pittman has played 2 good games before the defeat to Celtic,and has been anonymous in every other game he's played in,Holts done ok but is defensive minded all his good work is done in his own half.Livi don't have a midfield that can take the game forward in an attacking sense, they rely on the wings too much. Pittman,Omeonga,Baily,Forrest,Holt were all poor, the rest were just as bad

Martindale's tactics are as much of a problem as some of the players, this 2 wingers and 1 forward, and a hollow midfield is not working, Omeonga does plenty running about ,but when on the ball does nothing going forward. PITTMAN is done at this level was invisible the whole game, and how Martindale doesn't see his input is bewildering. Forrest was very quiet most of the game,and that was noticed in the teams overall performance. Hearts were poor,Livi were very very poor,Livi could have played for a week and never scored, a total snoozefest that was, so who's to blame the players or Martindale, on this occasion both, Tactically the the same old, sitting to deep,the opposition running the midfield, trying to play for penalties.
