  1. Fair point. Equally I'd like the politicians and be honest enough to say this strain is more deadly. The UK ( at the minute ) has the highest daily death rates in the world per capita. We've seen Germany comfortably dealing with the first wave seeing death numbers treble. The current death rates in Scotland alone is higher than the US (adjusted for population), and it's off the scale in England.
  2. If the Prime minister has imported the Brazilian variant via his 'Flying into the UK is a great idea' strategy it should the latest in a long line of reasons for him to resign.
  3. I've not been paying attention but Jenny Marra was the type I thought would reach at least dep. leader.
  4. Facebook lobby page United against separation ( except the EU) are backing Sarwar. I've his cousin on my FB page.
  5. Nope. Yes 50 No 40 DK 10 ( Including DK's decreases the Yes and No totals) Yes 57 No 43 DK 0 ( Exclude the DKs and the totals increase) Basic stuff.
  6. Including DKs decreases the Yes vote. Exclude DK's and Yes still polls over 50% in the polls you link.
  7. excluding. Such a difference from 12-14 when you were looking at the 9% undecided hoping, somehow they'd flip 9:1 for YES.
  8. Kieran Tierney watching this dross.
  9. Get your Jab and a complementary copy of Call of Duty.....
  10. Thanks for clearing that up. No further questions.
  11. Used to be in everyone's house and I just care about his health and wellbeing.
  12. Anyone know if Sir Trevor McDonald's been vaccinated?
  13. That's the problem with TIG. Eventually you get caught and you're out.
  14. If I could green dot this post twice, I'd still red dot it.
  15. It's a bit disrespectful to Arsenal to be discussing other clubs when their game is less than 90 mins from kick off. A win tonight and Arsenal are only 7 points off the (proper) top of the table. This is happening folks. I hope many of you punted at 750/1 only a few short weeks ago. Once we win tonight we'll be best price about 80/1, the form team in England and with Partey back in contention any doubting Thomas' will start eating their words that the title challenge is ON!
  16. I remember one of Rev Campbell's (NAP) bets what the SNP to win Edinburgh South when Ian Murray romped home.
  17. I suspect you're probably right, but the SNP is polling nearer 2015 levels. In 2015 if they'd hoovered up the Green vote they'd have only fallen a few hundred votes short.
  18. Would be nice if the Scottish Greens stood aside in Edinburgh South. But it's a strange constituency because it really should be a Lib/Tory area with areas like The Grange, Blackford, Morningside. I think the SNP performs well in the Inch - I remember driving through The Inch in 2014 and it was heavily populated with Yes voters.
  19. I've been impressed with Nicola's handling of things over the last month. Quick and on message when Boris dithered on school openings but especially about how the SG has handled care home vaccine rollout. England basically said the Pfizer jab couldn't be rolled out to care homes for logistical reasons (temp) and decided to wait for the Oxford/Astra Zeneca. Scotland targeted the care homes first and had vaccinated 50% before England managed their first care home jab. We're at over 80% and England will be lagging behind. I was critical of NS during the spring, but I've been happy with her leadership over the last month.
