This is the problem. Many of us didn't need a year to appreciate Robertson, Tierney, McGinn, Gilmour, and Turnbull are a cut above. It's great Scottish Football has produced 5 really special players in the last 5 years. The likes of Ryan Jack, Callum McGregor are fine players but others can appreciate the gems. In time you'll get it.

He quite clearly is. Even without the use of stats just watching each player you couldn't possibly come to the conclusion Turnbull is better. Turnbull needs to look beyond Armstrong and towards Michael Ballack. Armstrong was a squad member for Celtic for a reason. There's no chance he'll be playing out for position for a mid-table EPL team in 5 years.

Both should be in the squad. Without doubt Turnbull is better than McLean, Fleck, Armstrong, MacGregor. He's the best young player since McGinn.

I agree with you I think he's the best young striker I've seen since the original Ronaldo. I suppose the counter-argument might be that when his pace goes he might drop back to normal if he continues missing chances. Lovely to think Man Utd missed out on him, he was born in Leeds and he won't be ragdolling Declan Gallacher in the summer.
