A 20% increase I could understand if the VAT had not been accounted for, but 100% increase just doesn’t wash.
But the Academy refurbishment was supposedly only due to cost under £100K but has allegedly quadrupled in cost.

Despite this being a home match for Saints Celtic had around 20,000 fans in the ground who were hoping that Celtic could continue their march towards the title. Celtic fans packed the old terracing and the Centenary stand with Saints fans in the main stand and enclosure areas.”
