Were the boxes proposed during Tony’s time?
No.
First time was announced was July 2022.https://www.stmirren.com/commercial-news/4501-matchday-your-way
Fitzpatrick left well before then.
All boxes had been reserved bar one according to an official email in September 2022.

Saints would be able to claim back any VAT.
Building costs have gone through the roofover the last year though.
Eh? Was this not just a few months ago? Timber prices went through the roof during Covid lockdown but that has returned to pre Covid prices.
Something other than the cost doesn’t add up here.

A 20% increase I could understand if the VAT had not been accounted for, but 100% increase just doesn’t wash.
But the Academy refurbishment was supposedly only due to cost under £100K but has allegedly quadrupled in cost.

Was that the covered standing end in days gone by?
Don’t remember it ever being covered by anything other than John Lambies pigeon shit.

With all that silver he could have saved Rangers FC.
That would have been a cross to “bear”.
Only one Judas at Ibrox I thought!
What a striker MoJo was.

With all those pieces of silver too?
What a stingy Judas he was.
All the hallmarks of a Rangers supporting Tory.

Are there plans to develop that land behind the goal? It used to be a great looking stadium. Now it’s just reminiscent of a poor man’s New Douglas Park.

St Mirren also played Celtic at Ibrox back in 1979.
http://www.stmirrenprogrammes.co.uk/StMirren/STM_Match_Details.php?Season=1978&GameID=197905110
“This match was played at Ibrox Park as Love Street was in the process of reconstruction. Ibrox itself was in a state of upheaval as the Copland Road stand was almost complete and that summer the Broomloan stand would begin construction. For this reason this was to be the last time that Celtic supporters would stand in their traditional 'Celtic end' on the old open Ibrox terracing before it was destroyed. This game was a postponed fixture from December and is another reason for the Ibrox venue.
Despite this being a home match for Saints Celtic had around 20,000 fans in the ground who were hoping that Celtic could continue their march towards the title. Celtic fans packed the old terracing and the Centenary stand with Saints fans in the main stand and enclosure areas.”

Well if he did, he probably just ordered one and miraculously turned it into a huge banquet.
Allegedly Judas never even tipped the Deliveroo guy.

Didn't St Mirren do some ground sharing a couple of seasons back?
Huh?
I guess if you class using Love St and Greenhill Rd for the same season as ground sharing.

Pardon my ignorance, but is China mentioned in the Bible? Can't recall hearing about it at Sunday School. Maybe it came in a later session after I realised it was all nonsense and left.
Aye did Jesus not order a Chinese takeaway for the last supper?

As a kid, for years I thought it was a Joe carriageway. There were a good few other examples I won't publicly admit to.
Maybe a new thread required.
