Guess how QP got on today?

I'm not buying it for that very reason. Well, that and I really don't like watching us live on TV.

I have two main memories of Christie; squabbling with Steven Craig over who was taking a penalty at Ross County, which he took (and may have missed , canny mind?) and sauntering round the track at, I think, St Johnstone, to climb in to the stand beside the fans. He was an unusual character I think.

Wear a suit, stick your season ticket in a lanyard, put on an FFC mask and march in the main door like you're somebody very important.

I remember him purely because of that game. I felt he was hung out to dry by Pressley by playing him at such a difficult venue.

Aye it was him. If I mind right he was played at CB for the first time and it was just a wee bit too much for him. I remember him getting taken to the cleaners up at Dens Park too when Pressley paired him with Ryan Miller who played left midfield in front of him. Ryan was a forward and clearly out of his depth, giving Kingsley no cover whatsoever.

Is he pish like?

Left back Ben Garrucio has left Hearts. Wonder if we're considering him?

I wasn't suggesting we should use this formation. I was responding to a post that asked if Miller could be used as a sweeper and that's the most effective line-up that I could come up with to achieve that. Of course we should be signing two better CDs if the budget allows it. Incidentally, I think Dixon could play wing-back easily.

Problem with that is that I don't think Mercer's suited to a WB role, don't think he has the pace for it. Could play Morrison there I suppose? Mutch Hall, Miller, Durnan Gomis Morrison, Alston, Connolly/Todd/Leitch, Dixon Keena, Dowds

Including us beating Clyde!

I'm starting to think that I'd rather have Miller beside Hall/Durnan and even a knackered Gomis in the team than Hall & Durnan together. If we play those two with Miller in midfield then we lose Gomis altogether, which would be a real shame as he's a cracking player. I think he needs to concentrate on conserving energy as he definitely does start to run out of steam due to him trying to get involved in everything. It's not like he's completely fucked after an hour as some seem to be suggesting, but he does start to commit unnecessary fouls toward the end of the game.

He tried playing out from the back twice and overran it both times, despite being caught out a few times before trying to do the same thing. We were lucky to get away with that. We definitely need at least one CD in ASAP.

If we don't bring anybody else in and providing Gomis can stay fit(ish), I think I'd be tempted to replace Durnan with G Miller at CH. Hall looks slightly more assured on the ball than Durnan although there's not much between them.

I think Doyle was possibly better, simply because he's much faster.

Has the event started on FTV yet? Just says not started yet on mine.

I've already done that Andy, thanks. When I was paying for the ticket they asked for my email address which I provided. They then said that this was already registered (for my season ticket) and to use another which I did. I assumed that this would be the email they would send the info to but they've actually emailed me on my ST account! Figure that one?

Anybody help? I've paid for a PPV for tonight and was told to check my emails, presumably for log in details, but no email has appeared. Any of you any ideas?
