Don't agree with that bit. I feel that some of them aren't being used properly though and a formation change is required. Don't think that will happen however. From the current squad I've been unimpressed with McKay, Hall, Hetherington and, to a lesser extent, Miller (because he's ok for back-up) and Ompreon. I think the rest are okay at this level and would be able to make the step up a league.

Correct. I'm all for fan involvement in the club and, on balance, I'd like to have seen the NB bid succeed; hopefully it's not yet dead. I can only take BPM's word for it that the guys involved are all Falkirk fans and only have the best interests of the club at heart and I've really no reason to doubt him as I know he's exactly that himself. Their cause is being done no good whatsoever though by the likes of that MSG idiot (and others) acting the way they do.

For me, with the players we have I'd play a 3-5-2 as follows: Mutch/Martin (don't think it makes much difference) McKay/Hall (canny make up my mind), Dixon, Lemon Williamson, Nesbitt, Krasniqi, Telfer, McCann Morrison, Keena Yes, I know Morrison's not a striker but I think he'd still be better than Ompreon & Ruth. I'd probably give McKay the benefit of the doubt at the moment too considering he's just back from injury and hasn't played a lot. Got to play your best players and, at the moment, Sheerin isn't doing that.

Has anything been said about R Williamson's injury/how long he'll be missing etc?

He's already said himself that he'd change the system to suit the game and opposition so he's got no excuses now. He needs to play our best players and that includes Keena and Krasniqi.

I just feel that Ruth and Keena are similar type players. Sammy is more physical and more unpredictable for defenders to deal with (considering he doesn't know what he's going to do himself).

Please Paul, just play two up front next week, preferably Keena and Sammy. I won't even insist on Krasniqi replacing Hetherington (although it would be nice.)

We need an answer re why this was necessary. There's not a team in the league that our home kit would clash with and it's not as if the white strip is a million miles different to the pale blue one. Surely they should have gone for yellow or red rather than white? Maybe they thought that we'd be clear at the top at this point and the fans would be gagging to spend more cash?

Don't think we'd see Keena missing many sitters. Can you think of many chances that he's had in front of goal for him to miss? We're just not playing to his strengths. Give him a decent chance and he's likely to take it IMO. There was a game earlier (may have been v QP) where Nesbitt had the perfect chance to lay the ball off to him in the box but decided instead to turn back in to traffic where he blasted the ball off a defender. Keena was in space and IMO would have scored. Just checked the stats and we've had 71 efforts at goal with only 29 of them on target and just 8 goals scored. It's obvious where our problem lies. We need to get players into the box, including our best striker!

Keena's easily our best striker. I was hoping that it would be a new striker modelling the kit to partner him; doesn't look like that's going to happen now. If Sheerin's had some sort of mental aberration and Keena is indeed going out on loan without a better option coming in then that would certainly point to him having lost the plot. It's bad enough that he's not playing him!

IMEVVHO I think we should go 3-5-2 as follows: Martin; McKay, Dixon, Lemon; Williamson, Nesbit, Krasniqi, Telfer, McCann; Keena, Ompreon. I think Sheerin will go 4-5-1: Mutch; Williamson, McKay, Dixon, McCann; McDaid, Nesbit, Hetherington, Telfer, McGuffie; Ruth. With Telfer further back than Mutch too!
