Reina
Only take important things with you. I know this wont be very popular but remember breast pads, also towels for after the birth. Aye, they're on the list. I have also been advised to take a towel of my own (the ones G_Man thought you were on about) as I don't think the hospital do provide them. If they do, I can always put it on my bed at night so I'm not sweating on that horrible plastic matresses!

I took a fresh T shirt, deoderant, (didn't want to stink when everyone came in after the birth) and a piece bag (its hungry work watching nothing happen for 14 hours), I was prepared for the long haul.

Skyline Drifter
See that's why blokes shouldn't be posting in here. Er, not all blokes, just the halfwits. I knew what you meant.

(For the benefit of GMan we're talking about bathroom towels here.)

I didn't really take anything much. I took a couple of filled rolls and a newspaper. Didn't need anything more. I was never in overnight and we live about a mile from the place so change of clothes etc was completely unnecessary.
Rugster
Er, not all blokes, just the halfwits. I knew what you meant. Let's apply the same logic to the football part of the forum, in that halfwit women cannot post there. That would certainly keep Saints1884 out anyway.

f_c_dundee
The wee smiley kind of gave it away. Although I am not expecting fluffy bath towels on the NHS either. Sorry G_Man it is still unclear whether you know what the post was about...

f_c_dundee
Heard the heartbeat and got my tummy measurement for the first time this week. Was all looking ok apparently. Got dates for classes too, apparently it is all organised already and we just have to wait for a letter to come through nearer the time. Still no been swimming or anything...feeling a bit lazy. Will maybe get moving at the weekend.
