Christophe
3 Rainmakers but only one kick out I think. First was a 2.5 kick out, second he couldn't cover him as he'd just taken some v-triggers himself so they both laid flat out after it...then last one after the spinning tombstone got the job done. But yeah definitely done to elevate Omega to nemesis status and put him up there with Tanahashi. It's not every fight gets multiple near falls treatment. Christophe
Some decent stuff on the New Japan New Beginning cards, sadly spread out over two nights but worth catching. Okada vs Suzuki for the IWGP Naito vs Elgin for IC Takahashi vs Dragon Lee for Jr Shibata vs Ospreay for RPW title -
mizfit
WK11: amazing event, last four matches some of the best stuff anywhere, anytime. That snap dragon suplex from the top rope in the main event...holy shit! New Years Dash was excellent too, SUZUKI IS BACK AND CHOKING THE SHIT OUT OF PEOPLE! Kenny Omega tweeting today that he's leaving Japan *sadface*... bit weird though as he was slagging WWE right off only the day before so assuming he ain't going there and doubt it'd be ROH full time. Could be a work and some time off though as he was really banged up after the Dome. Watched highlights of Omega v Okada tonight. Never watched any NJPW beforehand but was intrigued after your post. Holy f**k, from a 20 minute highlight package it looked phenomenal, the dragon Suplex spot however looked incredibly brutal.

That's quite impressive, but not as impressive as Stevie Richards winning the rumble from number 1 and becoming the champ at WM20.

DA Baracus
Dropkick by Devlin was about 3 miles away from connecting! Also Devlin looks like Ivar from Vikings (but obviously more ambulatory). Fairly decent stuff so far though Edited January 14, 2017 by DA Baracus

Derek Patterson
Cole is actually not that offensive a commentator when he's paired with someone who actually focuses on the action and isn't just spouting pish that he's hearing in his ear.
DA Baracus
Saxon Huxley was shite. So far we've seen a crossface and a diving headbutt during the tournament...

Yup, the commentary has been good (McGuinness especially, but Cole has definitely added to it as well).
