Have a look at insolvency law, I can lend you the text books if you like? Sorry, I think I probably misunderstood you last night. The implication in your post was that it was within Livi's power to avoid administration, which (assuming they are indeed insolvent) is not the case as I'm sure you know - they do need some co-operation / goodwill from creditors. MUST TRY HARDER. I must say, the bullying against MCL by some of the Livi fans (not that he is losing the fight) is disgusting. He is owed money by the club and is well within his rights to tell his story to the paper.
