Michael W Posted January 10, 2014 Share Posted January 10, 2014 Allan Walker . Stuart Anderson's main problem was that he wasn't good enough to play in a 4-4-2. He was an excellent passer of the ball and would work well in a central three, but had pretty much zero attributes otherwise. He wasn't any good at winning the ball and he wasn't any good at getting forward and providing link up play in the final third either. Saw him score four goals in a game for Dundee when I was a nipper and he was only 19 himself, then remember him coming to Stark's in the cup as player-manager of Brechin. Rovers1992/1993 Posted January 11, 2014 Share Posted January 11, 2014 We need a striker and fast...release spence if it's the funding that's the problem...he's the worst of a bad bunch at the minute and now with spence not even coming off the bench, what's the point in keeping him on the payroll? Spence is obviously just back from injury and therefore probably just makes the bench. People wondering why he doesn't get on?? Em maybe because he's still a bit injured? I think people are failing to determine the difference between fantasy and reality sometimes. People just see the news with Alloa trying to bring in Skacel and Morton signing O'Connor and it's like "aw why can we no get thum?"
