The New Raith Rovers Thread

They made 10 subs not long after half time with the likes of Patterson etc coming on. The starting 11 was a mixture of 1st teamers and fringe players.

Yeah, did the same with us. The starting XI you guys got was roughly the 2nd XI we faced after the mass substitutions.

You've got to feel for Raith fans this season, with the absolute plonker of a footballer that is James Craigen in their side. Let me assure the boy is absolutely gash. He runs about like a headless chicken and resembles a lost schoolboy on the football pitch.

Sounds like a quote from a bitter fan, Sorry you lost him dude!

With only one possible train that would get them here on time (the 09.47 Aberdeen to Kdy in at 11.45) there might not be too many.

Mind you I'll bet that train is very busy.

By the skin of their teeth thanks to a very unconvincing performance though.

So what has this got to do with cancelling busses? it's an away day, drawing 0-0 at home in Europe and progressing to the next round is not the end of the world.

It's only a friendly though. I can't see there being much more than a couple of hundred away fans unless there are many Aberdeen fans based in Fife.

Why would Aberdeen supporters suddenly cancel a bus and therefore a friendly fixture because they have progressed in Europe?

Who said anything about cancelling the match? I was suggesting that some of their supporters might give it a miss on the back of a poor performance.
