The New Raith Rovers Thread

Dougie Hill is another Rovers player who actually seems a better player when he isn't actually playing.

He is a player of limited ability, that if we went to progress we should be replacing with better.

Wasn't good enough this season, or last or the one previous to that. At least he has managed to stem the tide of red cards

Would be sad to see him go, especially to the Pars. With Barr there it's a loss we could probably live with though

Wouldn't this leave us with only two central defenders? Possibly Thomson could cover, and a midfielder could cover for him, but we probably need more strength in depth than this. Edited by Scary Bear

Murry gone, Ellis in charge for the final game ... Now poses the question, where do we look next ? With Danny Lennon a main "candidate" before unavailable, who would we like to see in charge ?

Wow! Honestly never thought it would actually happen but the results and stats speak for themselves. Best of luck for the future Grant.

Now who's the contenders?

If anyone tries to be a funny c**t and suggests McCoist I will come round and boot your baws until the neighbours complain about the smell.

Fucking hell, never saw that one coming.

Looks like the new chairman is a bit more ruthless.....

What's weird is he was given a budget for next year, had signing targets - presumably worked out in advance with Malpas and had started working on re-signing players for next year. Feels a bit like a camel and straw thing going on.

I wonder if the Livi game finally tipped the board, or the reaction on the forums? Or was it the lack of a contract for McGurn that did it?

I do wonder if that had something to do with it.
