Put the application in twice with all the information after the first one didn't arrive. Two days before the starting deadline, I get a message from the new uni asking for more information from the SQA, who are currently saying their reply aim is two working days. I fire off a message to them and get an immediate auto-reply asking me to repeat the same message on a different form, and that it'll be at least five working days before they respond.
