Stupid heap of shite Turn off your WPA protection on your router when you're using your DS. My dad insists on using WPA instead of WEP which is a pain in the arse so I just turn it off when I'm up there. It's the same way as increasing the population of Black City, so you'd need to find someone with Black and connect using local wifi(which means you need to be right next to them) and then go to their city, via entralink I think, and start talking to their people in it which takes them to your place.
