The job itself is tedious, it's just a conveyor belt of boring, easy jobs and I find it difficult to concentrate on any of it. The social aspect is non existant, at 23 I'm the youngest employee in the place by some distance... I'm the only member of my department on the site. I also commute about 25 miles each way every day which doesn't help. My boss is also an absolute throbber, a jumped up nazi who second guesses every decision you make, luckily he works 30 miles away. The company themselves are spot on, the hours and money are really good. With the exception of my boss, the folk are nice too, I just have zilch in common with any of them.
