betting competition
This was absolutely sensational. His band is tip top and played a few different songs either side of the film as well as the soundtrack. Couldn't find fault with the whole experience at all Just watched King Creosote and his 9 piece band in Aberdeen. It was amazing musically and also visually with the film "From Scotland with love" on the big screen. I believe there is seats left in Perth on Wednesday which I so tempted to go to that.
betting competition
Is anyone worried about any scheduled gigs being called off because of coronavirus?Aye as watching Caribou at the Barrowlands in April which I've booked up hotel for a few nights (paid upfront last November). Love his new album so really looking forward to it. On a positive note the dons fixture has been moved to a Friday night.

The only two I've got on the calendar currently are Pearl Jam at Hyde Park (who have already postponed their American tour) and GnR at Glasgow Green which will almost certainly get kiboshed if we are in any of phases 2-4 of the government's pandemic plan!

WhiteRoseKillie
Is anyone worried about any scheduled gigs being called off because of coronavirus?I'm hoping King King will go ahead in April, but I can see us looking for refunds for the York Festival and George Thorogood - both in July.Missing George would be especially disappointing as he doesn't come here that often, and he's not getting any younger.
Dunfermline Don
Is anyone worried about any scheduled gigs being called off because of coronavirus? The Who UK tour cancelled. Were playing Glasgow on 23rd March. I suppose Roger and Pete are in the age group that are most at risk.
Ira Gaines
With the recommendation of anything over 500 people getting cancelled, I can see a LOT of gigs going on the strength of that advice. I'm pretty much sure that Ash is a goner now.

Le Tout P'ti FC
King Creosote tonight. And thanks to coronavirus, that might well be it, darling. If this is my last gig for a while it's not a bad way to end. He's a musical hero of mine, generally so but particularly attending a good few of his 50 shows for his 50th in the East Neuk Hotel at the end of 2017 dug me out of a pretty bleak hole following the end of a relationship. Genuinely it gave me a wee community to hold onto and something to look forward to. Feeling pretty bleak tonight for other personal reasons, so I'm hoping he pulls me through again! No pressure Kenners.Ps. Hoping that (a) I get a ticket for Mogwai in Strathpeffer tomorrow and (b) it goes ahead in April. The venue is conveniently just shy of 500.

I love King Creosote only managed to see him live once in Groningen and that was years ago, 2006 i think. My mate has been his sound tech on this recent tour.
