JamieT1314
I've got an LG Smart TV, Wifi module has chucked it after only 8 months. Havent called Curry's yet to get it sorted as i use my PS3 through it and can get Netflix etc through that and im a lazy b*****d. Hopefully getting the fault sorted is pretty straightforward.
itzdrk
Does the eggchasing championships bring out tv deals like the World Cup does?
Moo
Any good deals on the go at the minute for TV and broadband? Away to move into my first house in two weeks so wanting to have a rough idea of what to get it. Preferably sport in HD, that's all.

H Wragg
ios9 on an iphone 5. Good idea? Bad idea? I didn't bother updating to ios8 and am currently on 7.1.2, but I'm thinking that as time goes by some app updates etc may no longer work on such an old OS.
jimmy boo
Asked this before but still stumped......what is the easiest way to access SkyGo and BT Sport on Google Nexus 7 while abroad? Tried Tunnel Bear before but couldn't work it out and gave up.

Download Kodi (see the android tv box thread) eta Have you tried cyberghost? http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/tvs-entertainment/1400485/how-to-watch-uk-tv-abroad-sky-go-iplayer-and-more-for-free Edited September 20, 2015 by vip3r
Homer Thompson
Download Kodi (see the android tv box thread) That doesnt really do what he asked though. That will provide alternate streams rather than access to the Sky and BT apps. To be honest, setting up Kodi is probably harder than a VPN
Homer Thompson
I have a macbook and a brand new TV and was wondering what the best way to be able to connect to the TV when watching SkyGo? In Curry's the adaptors were about 30 quid but i can see ones on amazon for 5 although they might be shite.. People tell me i can probably do it via wireless as well but no idea how to go about doing that Check if your TV has AirPlay

placidcasual
Has anyone got any idea how to un-forget a bluetooth device on Android without doing a complete reset? Xperia Z3 if it makes a difference. I've accidentally removed the car audio from paired devices and now it's not showing up to connect again.

The Kodi reference was just to highlight the alternatives that are out there. Edited September 21, 2015 by vip3r

Christophe
Kid A has a new tv that doesn't like playing netflix when it's hooked up to the laptop via HDMI. Doing a bit of reading on this suggests it's an HDCP issue, would an HDMI splitter work around this? Or is there any other work around, or not? Cheers folks... -

Marsh
Got a message from FB saying someone tried to log into my FB and gave an IP address. Is there a way of locating exactly or roughly where the attempt was made using this? It said it was from near Drumchapel (I'm from EK) so it probably isn't just a dodgy location setting.
