welshbairn
Almost every time I use my touchpad to highlight something or scroll the cursor gets stuck on that function for about 10 seconds and I can't do anything with it. Any clues on how to sort it?
stimpy
I want to use my phone as a sat nav with Google maps, however I can't set my phone to never sleep as the longest it permits is 30 minutes. Google maps will sleep between instructions to save battery. My question is when Google maps wakes up with a new instruction will my phone wake up too or will it treat the app like everything else and let it run in the background?

jimmy boo
Got new laptop yesterday. For some reason can't post here with a link but can without?? So.... installed latest IE to get SkyGo back and I can now do stuff on here as normal before. WTF is the point of Windows 10 and Edge?

Typical Microsoft, until the first service pack is released, what you have in reality is a beta release. Although with the new way which windows 10 is to receive updates there might not be a SP for it. Just consider it a work in progress.

Buying a new laptop can be quite traumatic.......well for me anyway.

The issue is that MS are dropping Silverlight, so Edge doesnt support it. Its really up to Sky, and others, to switch over to a supported platform

throbber
There was definitely a problem for a while between the two! Im torn between an LG, a Sony and a Samsung. Think I'm going to just go out there again and fucking buy one!

Moo
Any good deals on the go at the minute for TV and broadband? Away to move into my first house in two weeks so wanting to have a rough idea of what to get it. Preferably sport in HD, that's all.
invergowrie arab
Both IE and chrome won't open on laptop. H Wragg
ios9 on an iphone 5. Good idea? Bad idea? I didn't bother updating to ios8 and am currently on 7.1.2, but I'm thinking that as time goes by some app updates etc may no longer work on such an old OS.
jimmy boo
Asked this before but still stumped......what is the easiest way to access SkyGo and BT Sport on Google Nexus 7 while abroad? Tried Tunnel Bear before but couldn't work it out and gave up.

Tried Tunnel Bear before but couldn't work it out and gave up. Download Kodi (see the android tv box thread) eta Have you tried cyberghost? http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/tvs-entertainment/1400485/how-to-watch-uk-tv-abroad-sky-go-iplayer-and-more-for-free Edited September 20, 2015 by vip3r
Homer Thompson
Download Kodi (see the android tv box thread) That doesnt really do what he asked though. That will provide alternate streams rather than access to the Sky and BT apps. To be honest, setting up Kodi is probably harder than a VPN
