ilostmyself
Mind that 2500 to Hamilton was at the weekend too, I think/hope our game at Easter Road will be midweek too so I can't imagine getting too much more than we did the other week.
Shadwell Dog
It is all down to money, the money from season tickets and strips keep the club ticking over during the summer months when they have no gate/sponsor/TV money coming in. Yeah who can forget the old fans charter that had restricting the number of times we changed our strip as one of its main clauses. The bod couldnt get that removed quick enough. Mind you just because we choose to change the strip every year doesn't mean we've got to make make wholesale changes every time. The currents strip is a cracker so why not make minor changes to it and change the away strip totally. Having red and white stripes down the middle of our home top is a total joke if you ask me. The club should know by sales what kind of strip the fans like and to me its always been a pretty plain all navy blue top. Look how quick this years sold out for instance. Bringing other colours and stripes into it will just put some fans off.
The Ginger Prince
Aye as far as I'm aware that's what the away end holds. So all of the bottom tier and pretty much all of the top? Can't remember a team selling out the whole stand outwith Celtic, Sevco or hearts. Aberdeen used to in the early 00's.

As for making minor changes.....do you really want to shell out another £45 for a little alteration here or there? I'd feel the club/puma were taking the piss out of me
lewfal
Looking forward to seeing the strips tonight. I think, if it is as has been suggested, then it will look quite smart. PSG tops are smart

You can change other things like the collar etc but we should keep the fact that our top is navy blue with perhaps a little bit of white if need be. There shouldnt be any red in the top in my opinion and certainly not stripes or chequer boards etc. If anything needs to be red then its the socks. PSG tops are for PSG and not Falkirk.
Guest
Fully agree. This year's strip is a work of art. Both actually. Don't fancy some Matalan PSG number. Italy strip for the Euro's it is, in our colours obviously
Guest
I don't get the strip w**k every year. Ok it is good to see us in a good looking strip but this wetting our knickers overs it. FFS. Here is the design I believe in our colours obviously https://uk.images.search.yahoo.com/images/view;_ylt=A0WTTKtG_B1XyyMArwqe3olQ;_ylu=X3oDMTIzNGZwaTVvBHNlYwNzcgRzbGsDaW1nBG9pZANmM2IzZjdjMWUxMmM5ZmFjZjgwODBhYzQzYjg2NjliOQRncG9zAzEwBGl0A2Jpbmc-?.origin=&back=https%3A%2F%2Fuk.images.search.yahoo.com%2Fyhs%2Fsearch%3Fp%3Ditaly%2Bstrip%2Beuro%2B2016%26type%3Dwncy_instlmtrx_16_09%26fr%3Dyhs-iry-fullyhosted_003%26fr2%3Dpiv-web%26hsimp%3Dyhs-fullyhosted_003%26hspart%3Diry%26tab%3Dorganic%26ri%3D10&w=789&h=547&imgurl=poloskaos.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2015%2F11%2Fpuma-italy-euro-2016-away-kit-depan-belakang.jpg&rurl=https%3A%2F%2Fpoloskaos.com%2Ftag%2Fjersey-italia-2016%2F&size=42.1KB&name=Jersey+away+%3Cb%3EItalia%3C%2Fb%3E+%3Cb%3EEuro%3C%2Fb%3E+%3Cb%3E2016%3C%2Fb%3E+memiliki+kerah+Polo+klasik+dengan+detail+...&p=italy+strip+euro+2016&oid=f3b3f7c1e12c9facf8080ac43b8669b9&fr2=piv-web&fr=yhs-iry-fullyhosted_003&tt=Jersey+away+%3Cb%3EItalia%3C%2Fb%3E+%3Cb%3EEuro%3C%2Fb%3E+%3Cb%3E2016%3C%2Fb%3E+memiliki+kerah+Polo+klasik+dengan+detail+...&b=0∋=21&no=10&ts=&tab=organic&sigr=11dkq9bik&sigb=15tv7umeg&sigi=12pl6ssse&sigt=12udmi1o4&sign=12udmi1o4&.crumb=YMO8fmvpwVl&fr=yhs-iry-fullyhosted_003&fr2=piv-web&hsimp=yhs-fullyhosted_003&hspart=iry&type=wncy_instlmtrx_16_09 Edited April 25, 2016 by Back Post Misses
lanky_ffc
That was the top that stood out for me when I first saw the Euro kits. Will be delighted if ours looks even half as good.

I'm not arguing about that. I'm just saying I would be raging if their was only minor changes and I've to shell out £45 again otherwise be a tramp and wear last season's shirt to 5s etc. I always want our shirts to be as smart as this season. But I certainly want big changes. Maybe in 5 years we can return to something similar to this season.
lionel wickson
Let's play in SS uniforms next season I don't think Hugo Boss does football kits. In any event, surely Rangers would have first dibs?
Guest
As long as the club makes money from the strip who cares what we play in. I keep hearing they dont make that much due to the fact it is all tied into free strips we get for the first team.

Not sure what it is now but previously (Couple of seasons ago) you'd be looking at circa £20 profit per shirt. That's taking into account the "free kit".
