bairn88
Sounds like a flat out drop of Morrison. Pretty bold considering he’s our top scorer by a distance
FFC 1876
He's been pretty non existent the last few games so I don't really have any issues with them changing it up. Also shows the rest of the team nobody is untouchable if they aren't up to par they won't play.

Most likely a small niggle, strain, knock or something so on the bench if needed. Management decision thinking of the games ahead.
Shadwell Dog
Same old weakness of not putting chances away at the moment. Sammon is so poor in front of goal the now it's not true. Surely Keena must be back soon? Edited December 20, 2020 by Shadwell Dog
MS RR
I was stupid enough to believe we were improving. We're still spineless when we have to win and that's really concerning when we need to win the league.
FFC 1876
Shat the bed royally. We weren't good enough and at 0-0 there was always the chance Airdrie could sneak it. We didn't deserve to lose today but if we're to be winning this league then we need to show a lot more than that.
matthew1876
Makes next week an absolute must win now (if it wasn’t already).
Marshmallo
If the results are replicated over the next two thirds then we'll win the league by 12 points. It was very poor today, particularly in the second half, and the management picked the wrong team to start the game. We have been the best team in the league over the first third and I'm still confident we will win the league.

That was Scottish football to a tee. If you don't pay your dues you should always be seen as cheats especially when absolutely no effort has been made since to pay those dues back. Would it not have been nice if the 0p in the pound brigade began to pay off the debt left behind once the clubs had been saved? Meanwhile clubs like us are still held back by the effects of paying back all that cash twenty odd years ago. The penalties given to Motherwell of course aren't relevant because they happened over 20 odd years ago. We did pay our dues, we paid back exactly what we were told too. The vast majority of our debt is "owed" to Masterton, any money that we try pay back to any of the other local creditors would be ploughed back into him. You're taking great offence on behalf of the local creditors who were more than happy to see the club survive, hence why they accepted the cva. Clubs like Falkirk aren't getting held back because of events 20 years ago, what absolute nonsense. You're getting held back because you've not been ran very well as a football club, you're in league 1 because you appointed a shite manager then let him re structure the club, you're still in league 1 because you appointed another poor manager. It's got nothing to do with the events of 20 odd years ago. 3 hours ago, Shadwell Dog said: Nope not at all. We never won anything. Neither did we when we were spending loads of money, going by your logic no advantage was gained, great success. -

You should've been told to pay everything back that's the point not just some of it all of it before being allowed to continue in the leagues. Either that or you start again at the bottom. This being allowed only to pay back football debt is a farce as it's what the money was used for that is the cheating aspect not where it came from and therefor who it is owed to. We are being held back. The money we used to pay back all our debts meant we had less to invest in our stadium which means where we would've owned the ground we now share it with the council. That means we don't make anywhere near what we should on match days or during the rest of the week which reduces our competitveness. That's a fact . Doing the right thing has cost us whilst others have simply reneged on the cash they've owed. Trophies were won with money these clubs didn't have and that has never been paid back. And you won the feckin championship for starters so your talking complete pish on that front. WestfieldBairn
I’ll take the apologies now. Was so obvious we would drop points today. Almost like it’s an unwritten rule that we bottle games that would give us breathing space. Tune in next week to watch episode 2.

Bottled it because we played a day later and knew exactly what was at stake after Partick losing. If players are fit enough for the bench, they are fit enough to start IMO.

Clyde gifted us 3 goals we didn't create much else. Like last season.we rely too much on the performance of the other side than our own. So far not one side has played anything decent against us and yet we've still drawn twice and lost once. All Airdrie did was nothing silly. Defend well don't make mistakes and take one of the few chances you have. That was the way to beat us last season and nothings changed.
