GrahamJags
I'm planning on going to the friendly on Saturday, and was wondering what the best way to get there by public transport is (coming from Glasgow)? Only ever been to the stadium twice before and both times I've driven. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers!
Crawford Baptie
Train to Grahamston Station, walk up to Newmarket Street, then a number 3 or 4 bus which drops you right outside the ground.
Gaz FFC
I'd get there early to avoid disappointment. Can see this being sold out with Bairns fans clambering to see McHugh and Heffernan. We also now have 20,000 fans and only 8000 seats
MrDust
I play a lot of football. Whenever I'm playing with or against a guy I've never seen before, I reckon after 5mins I know if he's shite. If only it were as simple as that....Some players can have all the talent in the world and still not produce anything of note in a match. Talent sometimes doesn't even come into it at times either, the ability has to be there obviously but more so some strikers can live off showing it in small doses. Phil Roberts v Livvy and I know big Jordan White was on his way out way before he was released a few times, then would be untouchable at training and fail badly on matchday. That being said......how the fuk did Morgan get signed Edited July 13, 2015 by MrDust

Funny I shared the same thought watching Smith and Ive had to give up playing after the specialists advice due to my ankle being well fuked....... Still felt I could contribute more and my mate echoed that thought I can see some players perhaps showing something in trial mode/training.....but I want video evidence if Taylor Morgan did.......
effeffsee_the2nd
Cheers! Trains to falkirk high are faster and more frequent but makes for a longer walk to the ground. Six snd half a dozen depending on youre situation. Leave youresell about 20 minuits plus to get from the town centre to the ground.
thelocalcat
Houston needs to patch Heffernan for a theory, that wage could be used on a right winger with a bit of flair and good delivery. If this happens I would be more confident that I have been in recent years entering a season.

We also now have 20,000 fans and only 8000 seats Better hope the Queens fans don't see that. East Stand should be up by then though, raising capacity to 12,200ish
Andy Dufresne
Heffernan is away and not offered a deal.
NavyBlueArmy1876
Heffernan is away and not offered a deal. Houstie's been in OneF again imo
Bigbri
If Houstie ever went near Onef he would need a psychiatrist. But then again all Falkirk managers get the same bile on there!
MrDust
Heffernan is away and not offered a deal. From what I saw via Falkirk tv of him, I dont think he merited a deal even as coach/player Get McHugh in, worth a shot to start the season and perhaps get someone else in later on A quick glance at the injury that kept him out is detailed here, at least its not bone related http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/peterhead-v-airdrieonians-bob-mchugh-5569827

RC55 FFC
Heard Heffernan is away too. I think there could be another striker on the way this week. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
Senor Bairn
Going tomorrow to see how the teams looking. Hope to see some new trialists
Gaz FFC
Given the team now train on the pitch, how can they possibly keep any trialist a secret? If they're also planning on playing a trialist tomorrow night, why not just say?
NavyBlueArmy1876
Glad Heffernan isn't getting a deal tbh. Hopefully there's money left for two more strikers.
Ned Nederlander
I obviously only want players that will add something to the squad but I do actually feel for the fella - must be soul destroying to go on tour with a squad with the hope of earning a deal only to be let go - I imagine he has a family etc. That's not to say that he should have been offered a deal just that I acknowledge how shite it must be.
