I love seeing them get threashed in Europe however I don't feel the need make pathetic posts like the Old Firm fans do about each other. Surely if Rangers and Celtic consistently did well in Europe then it would improve the positions at which lesser teams like Hearts, Dundee Utd, Motherwell, Aberdeen etc went in. Like one of them might go straight into the group stages of the Europa League, or only have to play one qualifier instead of having to play two. Obviously increasing their chances of European football and giving them more money. It may slightly improve the position they enter, by a round or two, but any half decent team will still hammer our 'other' teams so it's irrelevant. I've got exactly the same on mine with a lassie I went to school with, everything she posts is "my little Princess" this or "my little prince" that (she's about as far removed from Royalty as it's possible to be) and what follows is never of any interest whatsoever. She's not even good looking either, the only reason she's not been deleted is that every couple of months her and her fiance will have a barney and it leads to some very public and very entertaining rants. If questioned on the basis of his views he has no coherent argument, he reads the Sun, unsurprisingly, however I have came to the conclusion that he is trolling his brother with these views, he can't be that stupid. (I hope) Nah, some people just are. There's a guy that works with my dad and I've had a few conversations with him and he's always going on about stuff like that. "Why don't they go work in their own countries" "Their taking all our jobs" That pish. Also, my best mate uses the term "paki" all the time. He usually uses it jocularly and stuff but sometimes when he's drunk he'll be more serious about it. He'll then laugh it off in the morning. It just fucking annoys me.
