A great feeling at Cappielow..

So what's the plan lads?

You going to claw back this massive deficit via some draws?

Good luck.

In isolation, a draw at the league leaders and likely champions is a good result for the league's bottom side. It's just unfortunate that all of the other sides picked up equally impressive results simultaneously.

There is always a great clamour to come on to this thread and make a glib remark when things take a bad turn for us. And that's fine, it's harmless. However, there should be the same eagerness to congratulate Jimmy Nicholl and Cowdenbeath as their recent results have been superb and they've shown a terrific resolve not to allow Morton any encouragement.

Indeed, we're actually four games unbeaten but you'd never know it such has been the form of Cowdenbeath and that shouldn't be lost in all the pointing and laughing at us.

POTC in sensible post shocker. Strange things happening down Greenock way.

That's 10 more minutes than we get from, the mediocre at best, Robertson each week.

Sadly not surprised to hear that. Amazes me that any manager who looks at this guy in training can then go on to sign him as being a good lad in the dressing room doesn't usually show up in passing drills when trying to win a deal.

Posted about Vine on the transfer thread but he could do well for you, if Shiels manages him correctly and plays him in an effective role.

It'll be interesting to see if we go 4-4-2 with Vine in the team. Can he play an inside forward-type role? Or just an out-and-out striker

We're going to have the best squad ever to get relegated from this division. Value.

Just when Big Gaz O C thought his CV couldn't get any worse.

7 years ago him and Deek were meant to be the future Scotland Forwards. Now 1 is unemployed and the other is about to be relegated to the 3rd tier and is massively overweight

I think he's very much an inside forward type of player. He's better getting the ball a bit deeper or out wide left and playing facing the opposition goal than taking the ball with his back to goal or running channels etc...

This, from what we've seen at us as a winger, and then what he done for Hibs as a striker. Oddly he effectively played as a lone striker, with a "partner" just behind us when he was on trial at us, and scored two against Bristol City without breaking sweat. He looked unreal that day, yet for whatever reason seemed a completely different player since

That day on trial against Bristol City he was fantastic and scored two great goals.

He also won us the game against Celtic with a cracking goal.

End of story as he seemed to lose interest after that.

He is certainly talented but probably lazy.

Tell him to shave of that beard.

Tell him to shave of that beard.

There once was a man, and that man had a beard,

He shaved off his beard and now he's dead.

The best thing about Rowan Vine is his beard and he would do well to heed the warning contained in this song.
