Gaz
So, has a liquidator been appointed?
sheikyerbouti
Green referred to Ranger as "us" and "we" in that interview. He is deluded!
Hedgecutter
f**k off Gordon Smith, the Third Division is not a dumping ground. This. Up until now, many Rangers fans will have looked upon the Third as a useless pub league and all of a sudden (well after they split from the SFL to form the SPL) it suddenly has some relevance??? GTF.
ray_of_licht
To see them today saying this is a 'policy decision' leaves me speechless. If that's the case, is that a policy that was invented this week? If not, why weren't we told that in February or March? Your CVA offer and the details (or lack of) about how badly you were going to shaft the creditors was issued on May 29th. Therefore, they couldn't comment on it back in February or March you blithering nincompoop.
paulc
I've just heard rangers are to be liquidated. Is this a wind up?
Granny Danger
Are the newco going to pay the footballing debt? If not what will the UEFA position be? Seperate point, we were told there would be a 28 day 'cooling off' period following the CVA approval? Does that still apply if the CVA is not approved? If so would this stop the sale of the assets to the newco?
Gaz FFC
So does all this mean we only have 2 more days of Haudit and Daudit the dynamic duo?

ray_of_licht
So does all this mean we only have 2 more days of Haudit and Daudit the dynamic duo? "We'll be looking to complete the deal on or very shortly after Thursday. Then it will be for Charles Green to make arrangements with the SPL about the on-going membership for the new company. "Discussion have already taken place today. "The position of Duff & Phelps is that we will remain as administrators probably for some more weeks. We will then get release from that position and the company will be passed into liquidation. But just to stress the club will have been sold and moved out of the company by then. Gaz FFC
Charles Green said that as the club is liquidated they will need to apply to get newco into the SPL Now we are hearing Rangers will be in the fixtures list on Monday??????????
God of War
So does all this mean we only have 2 more days of Haudit and Daudit the dynamic duo? They will live on in our hearts and minds as the men that fucked Rangers for good. Their mismanagement of the situation from the start and the fees which will wipe out the majority of the £5.5million leaving them penniless will forever be fondly remembered.
Hedgecutter
So does all this mean we only have 2 more days of Haudit and Daudit the dynamic duo? We'd better hurry up making those 'H&D B.R.A.T.' t-shirts then, especially as the last 1690th page is fast approaching.
Handsome_Devil
Are the newco going to pay the footballing debt? If not what will the UEFA position be? I imagine this will be one of the conditions to successfully transferring their SFA membership.
Drooper
Traynor suggested that Rangers would have 'taken the moral high ground' and went to the 3rd Division, leaving the SPL to toil in their absence. This guy is a fucking halfwit. Edited June 12, 2012 by Drooper

2THibs
This is a great opportunity for Rangers to do what they have harped on about for years and apply to join the English leagues.

What do you suggest? Ultimately they aren't in liquidation yet and the transfer thing might not be resolved for weeks anyway.
