Big Rangers Administration/Liquidation Thread - All chat here!

Recommended Posts

Wow - some startling revelations in recent days ...

Folk were only in it for the quick buck !! the wage bill is excessive !! Players were purchased that weren't needed !!

Who the f'ck would have thunk it

I'm surprised no-one on here thought to mention it sooner !!

And Charles Green maybe didn't have the best of intentions towards "rangers".

They're massively overspending and costs need to be cut.

Money has gone missing.

Ally McCoist still hasn't had his super salary cut.

One can only assume there are no Five Star establishments in the area. The poor deprived wee lambs. What kind of preparation is that for a massive, career-defining match like tonight's?

(No offence, Forfar).

Did Rangers not do similar in their dying days in the SPL while they were in administration? Unnecessary overnight accomodation etc.?

This is not even overnight accomodation! It's daytime only incase the poor wee lamb need a snooze after being pampered in the spa.

It's almost as if the company wants to spend it's way into admin.

“We still continue to attempt to do the right things in the club and by staying overnight at certain venues, we feel it treats the opposition with the respect they deserve."

Ally McCoist 18th Aug 2013, stayed at Turnberry for trip to Stranraer but was only in the lodges..............

Funny thing is, this high spending, highest standard prematch (over) preparation us actually all Fat Sallys' idea.

Remember, when they set out on their "journey" he set out the whole ethos of maintaining the high income, higher spending mantra in order to convince his group of mercenaries and journeymen that thus was the way it should be.

This sort of wanton ego massaging has come at a fucking ludicrous price, both in financial terms as well as the continued laugh a minute mileage offered to everyone else.

Super Duper Fat Salary McCoist......what a guy.

Phil what's his name reckons 3 weeks to Armageddon II

On twitter, @brattbakkk says

Ahem

The Liquidation of RFC 2 is inevitable

8:45 PM on 19/01/2014

Q1. Critical. Only £1M of the emergency £2.5M bridging loan remains. TRIFC will become insolvent in March. January payroll should be met. February at risk.

Q3. Forecast for February is now £1.3M

Q5. No money from the share issue remains. This question was not answered at AGM

13. Administration is inevitable as the new club will struggle to make Debruary's payroll. Another St Valentine's day massacre lloks likely.

16. If there is another share issue, the equity price will be in freefall. Ceteris paribus, TRIFC will need a bridging loan of £11M to just turn up next season. The rate of interest will be punitive and even more so if the shares tank again.

Can it be true?
