Also, currently the only undefeated side in Scottish Football. That's because you don't have a league to play in. And no fans. And no history. And no trophies. This assessment was appealed to the First Tier Tribunal by Rangers 3. This Tribunal has considered the case over a lengthy period before the case concluded on 18th January. 4. It's an appeal of a bill which has been raised and sent. HMRC have already 'found them guilty', sent a bill, and the club contested it. They have to prove their innocence, ie that the bill raised and sent is not valid. It's not a criminal proceeding so there is no presumption of innocence. In most cases unless it will bankrupt you, you actually have to pay the bill before the appeal. Any other erroneous nonsense you want to bring up? If Hector thought Rangers were innocent of tax owed through operation of EBT scheme, how come the figure of 93 million quid appeared in the CVA document as the amount owed? As you say innocent/gulity not the appropriate terms.
